It's so frustrating, especially as an undergrad trying to prove the effectiveness of these methods, but they will only accept research from peer reviewed articles
Note: there will NEVER be a study on a natural remedy, herbs, vitamins etc. never. It’s in no one’s interest. Listen to the experience of others, have conversations and test it yourself! ❤
There are and you can find a good deal done by people who really care about what they're doing! My family is starting to find and purchase books of studies done on herbs, but all of the authors are total hippies. I said, if my herb specialist isn't wearing a tie dye bandana kissing a plant I don't trust him! Some of it's in conventional medicine but a lot of it is more alternative but nevertheless legitimate.

Hi Dr Dray! I had a ganglion cyst in my wrist for about 2 months and it kept getting bigger every week. I put Castor Oil on it and wrapped it at night with a piece of gauze soaked in castor Oil on the cyst using a compression sock. The ganglion cyst literally disappeared in 2 days. So wonderful.
I had a growth on my lower eyelid that's been growing for a couple of years. I started treating it with organic hexane free castor oil last spring. The growth shriveled and fell of last week. Good stuff.
You can also get rid of a ganglion cyst by hitting it sharply with the edge of a book or some such. I know it sounds crazy, but my doctor told me to try it and it worked. lol
I’m of Danish decent, blonde fair haired lady age 57. I started 3 months ago using castor oil 2-3x’s/week on my hair. I have much less hair fall & my hair is starting to feel fuller & is shinier. I’ve also have been applying it to a fatty benign tumor above my knee. It was an inch & a half long & quarter inch wide. Castor oil packs night & day has reduced it to a third of the size at this point & has softened & dissolving the tumor so much! Maybe scientists who aren’t swayed by money should research castor oil. Then pray big pharma doesn’t try to get greedy & make castor oil expensive somehow. There are quite a lot of positive testimonies out there. I highly recommend using castor oil.
@@merislopez722 Yes I leave it in all night and or all day. If I leave it in all night I wrap my head with a cover of some sort. If I leave it in all day, I wear a ball cap. Then just shampoo & condition like normal.
I'm in my 70s and have used for years. Eyebrows &lashes for growth &conditioning, on my scalp overnight for dry itchy skin, on my face for dryness and over time it reduced dark circles under eyes. I love this oil.
I'm 40 and work 3rd shift. Castor oil is the only thing that has healed my eyelid eczema. My eyelids are no longer red, burning, and itchy. It has also helped get rid of my dandruff and soothed my itchy scalp. I've tried many face and hair products before castor oil, and castor oil has been a miracle product for me. Best 10$ I've ever spent.
Sky organics castor oil has a twist top. I squeeze it onto my scalp and comb through my hair, and sleep with a silk bonnet on. I wash it out when I wake up.
Same here. Resolved the eczema at the base of my scalp. I use it only once a week. I mix in an applicator 1 part olive oil and 3 parts castor oil. I apply to dry hair from my scalp to the ends of my hair. Then wear a shower cap, wrap a towel around my head and watch a movie or whatever for about 1/2 hr to hour. I then rinse, gently wash, rinse again and wash one more time. My hair is shiny and silky looking and has never looked better (I have highlighted hair that was over processed). I tried coconut oil as a carrier oil with it but I have sensitive skin and the coconut oil can be an irritant and it definitely was irritating to my scalp. Olive oil as a carrier oil works much better. Fast forward a month of using castor oil for my hair, and I can tell you with 100% certainly that it really does help with hair growth. I have fine baby hairs along my hairline that I haven’t had in years!!! I’m going to try it on my eyebrows now too. I’m in my 50’s now and what the heck is up with eyebrows getting sparse as you age???
I do care about paid studies but things that's easily available r not studied coz they don't make much money for companies. So will have to go by word of mouth.
Studies are payed for and most (if not all) are not independent, even universities depend on funding to conduct studies, so the credibility of most studies is questionable...
Your are spot on with your info. I started using castor oil on my face by adding a few drops to my moisturizer and wow, what a game changer! My skin stays Dewey and hydrated all day and I'm 57 years old!
That's great 😊🙏 we're around the same age. Bit confused 🤔, this Doctor pretty much against it. Do you just use it pure? Or do you mix it with another carrier oil? I hope you can reply to me🙏. I'm happy for you, either way🌺
I’ve heard that castor oil on the face causes hair growth. Is that true?? I’d love to use it on my face by I don’t need hair on my face. Does anyone know?
It's firmer and smoother. I was recently at a wedding and a friend asked how my skin keeps looking younger and "we're all getting older." Castor oil is the only change!
I have dry eyes. I was using it for eye lash grow and found it also helped with my dry eye over night. I use a mascara wound and then rub it in. Do not need to use drops any more.
almost two decades ago I started adding a small amount of castor oil (about a quarter size into my shampoo). You would think adding it into shampoo wouldn't really do anything and that you would be washing it out immediately but I read some anecdotal evidence supporting it for hair growith so I decided to try it. I remember after using it in my shampoo for about two months and then going to my hairdresser for a trim. She was astounded at my hair health and said I had baby hairs growing in everywhere. The castor oil was the only thing I could think of that I have done differently.
My 4th child was over a week past his due date. My midwives suggested an ounce of castor oil. Took it at 9 am, figured it didn't do anything. At 6 pm contractions started. At 7 pm, my son literally fell out of me in my living room. The stuff works miracles.
I’ve recommended to my friend that had cancer for hair growth! After 3 months of using it. She had a full head of hair , eyelashes. She looked amazing.
@@sheilafisher7255I tried it before , alone and cold compressed but little amount and , twice a week at night and apply sun screen in the morning it was excellent but then I did not continue because I was busy
Sandra which castor oil did you purchase. I am learning today about the dark glass bottle. Unfortunately my shipment arrived yesterday and it is the plastic bottle. Is it any good? Please help.
@MommyDonna927 Many caster oils are now in plastic bottles just transfer it to a dark glass bottle .The reason people do this is because of plastic particles getting into the caster oil
It does grow hair. That’s what we’ve being using in Haiti for decades to reduce hair breakage and improve alopecia. It works people and it’s very cheap in my country.
I recently injured the back of my hand on a door ( I’m 71, so you can imagine how thin the skin is!). I applied castor oil a few times a day and the ugly bruising disappeared and my hand healed very quickly.
I get a visceral massage every month, it’s deep and can be painful. I always use castor oil when I get home so I don’t develop bruises, works every time.
@@meeraanand2389 thanks for your question…i do not believe it changes pigmentation. I would suggest you look in to Vitamin C and some form of retinol. I suggest watching Dr Shereen Idris. She is an amazing dermatologist out of New York. Good luck!
I haven’t noticed much benefit on my face after a month, but HOLY COW! My fingernails and cuticles look unbelievable. In my 62 years I’ve always had nasty peeling broken nails and ragged cuticles. No more. I started just rubbing the excess castor oil into my fingernails after applying to my face. What a happy coincidence.
I think that it is important for anyone who is commenting about castor oil, needs to mention Edgar Cayce, who developed Castor Oil Packs. You did not, and I think you should add it to your show notes. It is very important that it is done as he said, many do other things than what he said to use. He was a medical intuitive, and it is important to do what he said, not what you or others think will help it only with castor oil. You have to put on the castor oil and then use clean organic WOOL flannel over the castor oil - it is the keratin in the wool that breaks down and heals tumors or cysts. You will not get that benefit with cotton or other fabrics. And then put a hot water bottle on it, not an electric pad. Many have made variations, yet it is important to do it as he said. Thanks for listening, I have done Edgar Cayce methods to heal many things. Look him up. peace
I have unsightly spider veins on my legs. I started applying castor oil morning and night. It has made a huge difference. The veins have decreased in size and changed from purple to blue. I am hopeful I can wear shorts again soon.
I have them too! Not sure if you've tried IPL hair removal/reduction- but after using my device for the first time the other day, some are now gone, and they're all lighter. Can't wait for my next treatment (I'm supposed to do it once a week,- I bought the Braun silk pro 5). I had tried sclerotherapy, apple cider vinegar, you name it! And couldn't believe my eyes after using IPL! And sure enough, when I researched it, the research is there to back it up. Apparently it does nothing for varicose veins, but def helps with spider veins. But if you do it, don't use it over tattoos.

I have had great success with it as a nail repair. I had terrible nails that were soft and would tare and putting castor oil regularly on my nails has really repaired and hardened them.
I use the C oil you have displayed. I have had a keratosis? for years and years on my upper lip that gets crusty and thick but never tests for cancer but was blasted with liquid nitrogen but kept growing back in 6 months. Recently I started putting C oil on it and its pretty much gone. I'm impressed.
I have been doing the same thing for keratosis on my chest and it's going away after 2 months. The cream the Dr gives you irritated that area for 2 weeks very painful.
I'm 69 years old and have been using castor oil for about 3 months now. I use it on my face nightly mixed with some moisturizer. My crows feet are gone and my lip lines have almost disappeared. My eyebrows and lashes are fuller as well. I've had a bald spot on the back of my head for nearly 10 years, with weekly use of castor oil and rosemary oil, my hair has started to regrow.
Is the Rosemary Oil actually an Essential Oil?? Would you kindly share where you got the Rosemary Oil? And where you got the Castor Oil from as well? Thank you so much☺️ 💕
I read somewhere that you can cut it with a little coconut oil and use it on your hair. I have used straight castor oil on my hair. I comb it in my hair and put plastic wrap on it for a few hours. Then shampoo it. It comes out hydrated and soft. Only trouble is too much can drip down your face, so I tried to get a good balance.
My skin was always dull and lifeless, no matter what I did. The subliminal affirmations on borlest really brought back a healthy glow that I hadn’t seen in years. Super happy with the results!
I use castor oil in a roll-on bottle, making it so much easier to apply. It is also anti-viral, and I was able to reduce and completely remove a papilloma virus right next to my eye that otherwise would have had to be surgically removed. This was much safer and less painful. It has never returned.

I have started using castor oil for my fibromyalgia pain. I massage it into the very sore muscles in my legs. The pain is relieved almost immediately and the effect is long lasting. As you said in your video, castor oil can be a bit messy, but the pain relief is worth the mess.
Thank you so much! I will suggest this to my grandmother who has fibromyalgia for years now. She also has been using "Frankincense Oil" which has tremendously helped with her pain and aching joints as well!

Along with my eyelid & facial treatment with this Oil,… I also massage it on the back of my arthritic neck & hand joints, and was also amazed at the pain relief benefit 🤓
Back in the 60s, my mother used castor oil for any warts us kids would get. She would put the castor oil on the wart, cover with a bandaid, and then change it out every day. The wart would be gone in no time.
I had a mole hat was driving me crazy on my neck. Went to the dermatologist and she said it would leave a scar if she took it off. I took before, and after photos too. Shocking !
There's a video of a guy who used to do manual labor and always get warts in his hands so he always used this remedy - 1:1 baking soda and castor oil mix. He would reapply the oil and change the bandage every 12hrs for a month. And the wart should disappear by then always in his case
That’s what we use in the Caribbean for centuries to grow hair, to stop flu like symptoms, nasal congestion, we mix it with coffee to detox, etc…. I always have castor oil in my medicine cabinet. I don’t know anyone who is allergic to castor oil.
Castor oil was used by the ancient Egyptians, the Ancient Greeks and Romans used it, so no doubt the Romans brought it to Britain when they invaded. It’s one of the world’s oldest remedies.

It is true! I've only used Shaklee on my face since the early 90s. 61 year old female. A year ago I had my first eczema flare in my life. I had orbital eye eczema, possibly started from lots of eye drops due to my dry eye. I had a little behind my ears too. The dermatologist gave me a thick ointment that cleared it pup. Two weeks ago it started again, this time like a shawl covering my entire neck and on my chest! My neck was red and on fire! I had ordered a bottle of pure cold pressed organic castor oil so I used it. I pinned my hair up high on my head, I poured some in my hands to warm it up and used it on my neck, face, and eyes and slept on my back. The next morning, my neck was barely pink and no longer itchy! I used it for 3 days and I have no sign of eczema at all!
@@Lita_213The way the commenter describes it -- covering her entire neck -- it could not have been shingles. Shingles can only appear on one side of the body at a time. So if it had appeared on only one side of the neck and chest then there is a possibility of shingles, otherwise no. 🙂
It has helped a lot on my eczema too, little areas of my chin, jaw & my hands. As little as 3 days it has cleared up the itchy redness! My skin on my face is smooth & great with mixing castor oil w/my face moisturizer. Hands is a lot better but not completely gone. Will keep using until it clears. Great natural remedy, was skeptical. Going to rub some in my knee & shoulders & see if it helps with joint pains. 💁❤️
I have been using castor oil on my skin for a couple of months now. I am 71 and don't think I could have used it 20 years ago. It would have been way too thick. Now, my skin is very dry and it seems to, for the most part, sink into my skin--not immediately but in a half hour or so. I really think my skin looks less dry since I started using it. In addition, I had a basal cell carcinoma on the side of my nose a couple of years ago. They surgically removed it using Mohs surgery but it resulted in a scar starting at the corner of my eye going to the corner of my nose--22 stitches. Every since then, that scar line has been extremely irritated looking and red. Since using castor oil, the redness is gone and it seems to have flattened pretty much completely. Anyway, it's a win for me.
Oh , castor oil , we have used for occasional serious constipations. It really helps also to preserve the gloss and health of the hair and the hydration of the scalp.
As soon as I learned about it I put it on my forehead wrinkke i have had since 22. It worked instantly most likely filled it in!! I used cold press Jamaican castor oil with a tiny but of almond oil. The one referred was regular cold pressed castor oil which I will try next.

Using Castor oil for eyes, cataract/floaters & co, vision and dry eyes almost healed after 1 month daily use 3x a day, castor oil on fingers on the eyelids, inclusive lasches,in the corner of the eyes, so that some of it gets in the eye. The castor oil eye drops I use are from UK/Amazon. One drop per eye was too much so I invented my own method as described above. I also spread it on my brows. It works great!
I grew up with my grandma who was born in 1933. She used castor oil on me all the time. It’s helped with scars, burns, scraps, bruises. When I was little my toe nail was ripped off after getting caught in a door. She had me wrap my toe in a bag of castor oil. It grew back quickly and prevented a trip to the ER. We also used it on my brothers scar after his hips surgery.
Castor Oil packs have changed my life! I love them. I have Hashimoto's and have been using them for about six months. I sleep so much better, energy levels have increased and just feel better overall. I personally use Queen of the Thrones hormone kit which includes packs for my thyroid, liver, and pelvis. Love them!
Consider we'll likely never have any real studies about the effects of things like castor oil, because there is no money in it for anyone. e.g. it's cheap, it's not regulated, and it's very rare that anyone will pay for a study on a product that won't make money for anyone, unfortunately.
I was 7 days overdue. After my water broke and I still didn't go into labor, my midwife put castor oil with ice cream and orange juice. It tasted like a creamcicle (yum). Anyway, 3 hours later, I completed eliminated all poop and went into labor and delivered a baby boy in a jacuzzi. Beautiful Birth!
I applied it on my thyroidectomy incision after it closed. I always healed with keloid scars all my life. This time, you can’t even see where the incision was! I’m sold!!!!
Thanks to all of you (and Dr. Dray!) for your anecdotal feedback. As long as it doesn’t harm you I don’t care if a lot of studies have been done on it or not. Your experiences mean more to me. Thanks, again! ❤

I have noticed the same thing regarding sun spots fading, I mix it with moisturiser and apply, also on my body. I have noticed skin tags and senile warts ( I’m 64) are smoothing out. At my last skin check with my dermatologist, he commented how great my skin looked for my age.
I've been using castor oil for over 16 years all over my body. I was born with eczema, I've always had a bad dry, flacky patches and tectured skin. When my i visited my grandma when i was 17, she gave me a small bottle of castor oil to put mix with my acqeous cream. I never left that combo till now. Its the only thing that has ever worked. That’s exactly me- scaly hard patches that I spent a FORTUNE on trying to moisturize. Forget moisturizing it! Castor oil will soften up the hard skin and it will come off leaving smooth skin behind. No breakouts. I am 58 and this is a miracle for me. I love a double wash in the morning - use the oil all over your face then cover w warm cloth. Pat the left over oil in and then use a moisturizing cleanse ( Le Roche Posay is very good) then I highly suggest good molecules ( very affordable on Amazon- it’s made with all natural ingredients- the daily moisturizer and the hylauranic acid booster essence- swear by … they are affordable but not cheaply made. I have spent 100s of dollars on expensive serums etc. I look like I’m in my mid 40’s. This is a must try!
Please make sure the castor oil is pure and hexane free. It’s wonderful for the hair… in India we have been using castor oil for years but always mixed with cold pressed coconut oil (3/4 coconut oil and 1/4 castor oil)
I have long thick hair and have fought dry skin all my adult life. I rub C.O. between my palms and rub it on the ends of my hair. My beautician has never found split ends. It is very helpful on my face and neck also. I have never had acne. Yes, it is thick to apply but it takes care of dry areas. I just find it effective for myself.
I used it for kidney stones every night for 3 weeks as a pack with heating pad for first hour. Had been dealing with pain off and on for over a year. It’s been almost 2 months… pain is gone. I have a history of kidney stones in the past. I swear by this stuff ❤
I passed over 25 kidney stones. They were all made of calcium like most kidney stones. The only thing that stopped them was magnesium citrate every night, I stopped taking Ibuprofen and of course drink lots of water helps. But the magnesium was key. I used to have 3-4 stones in each kidney. After magnesium I went t for an ultrasound and the stones were gone. I have not pass a stone in 3 years

I have started adding castor oil in my homemade skin oil. I use avocado oil with carrot seed oil, rose geranium oil, and castor oil. My skin seems to love it.
I had a hardened stye near my eyelashes leaving a large hard bump. I tried everything for over 2 months & nothing worked. I then used a small amount of castor oil on my lid and within 2 days it was gone. No one will tell me it doesn't work.
I have fine, curly thinning hair and significant hair loss. i love castor oil on my hair. the night before a wash a put no more than 3 drops, rub that between my hnds, then spread on my hair mids and ends. Sleep it in, then wash it out. the result is much less frizzy, shinier and looks thicker. I also use it on my face - a few drops mixed in with a facial moisturizer.
It probably depends on the type of foundation, but I’ve found castor oil really nice under mine. I put a light layer on before foundation and it gets rid of the stickiness and gives me a glow.
I live in New Zealand, and get one from my local pharmacy. I don’t think they sell that one overseas. (I’m assuming you don’t live where I do). It’s best to get one that’s organic, hexane free, and cold pressed
I was a little reluctant to use it but I am a believer now ,I love using it on My face and eyes every night I have seen a reduction on wrinkles on my face and my eyes are clearer and my vision has definitely improved and no break outs so nice I am hooked.
Castor oil is amazing for eyelids. After 50 I noticed my eyelids were getting more saggy, dry and wrinkled and not even the best eye serums helped to make them look better. I now apply it over the eye serum and the skin has improved incredibly!! I did it every night for a few nights, but now I´m fine with only applying it a few times a week. To me it IS magical!
I used a mix of castor oil and sweet almond oil on the psoriasis on the nape of my neck, of which I had for 15 years. I tried all other traditional treatments and nothing cured it. Those treatments had some very temporary improvements. So I thought I'd give the castor oil mixture a try. That was in 2016. I haven't had any psoriasis or any flare-ups since. Who knows, castor oil or sweet almond oil or the combination of both may have made remission possible... or cured it... or maybe it was an unknown factor. My father grew up in a Middle Eastern household where castor oil was a staple. Besides the multitude of topical uses, the entire family had to take it internally once a month for colon cleansing. It was a routine.
I grew up on a subtropical island. 50s-70s. When we were young we took a spoonful every month for parasites. Nasty. I use it now on my skin and hair. And it's wonderful
More anecdotal information. I started using a castor oil/jojoba oil blend about 12 yrs ago as an oil cleanse. I was in my late 50s. I was going through some stressful life changes and was experiencing recurring cystic acne that nothing seemed to help. Serums had also become very popular and I was experimenting with different serum products for the signs of aging I was seeing. In frustration, I stopped all the other products and started using the castor oil cleanse and just used jojoba oil for moisturizing. Within a month my acne was gone. The oils also seemed to give my skin as much wrinkle minimization/good effects as any of the previous products I had tried. Since then I have added some additional products (mostly other facial oils) to my routine, but I still use the castor oil blend for cleansing. If for some reason I am not able to do the oil cleanse, I can tell a difference in skin volume and feel the next morning. So, I can say it has been a winner for my skin.
I’ve just started using it. Will say I love if! It’s helped my hair so much! Not so dry and frizzy and my skin adores it. It’s soothing here in this dry cold climate. Cleaned up my eczema on face, on and on I love it personally

I've actually just started using castor oil on my eyelids, as a desperate attempt to help my severe dry eyes. I was constantly feeling like something was in my eye and despite heat therapy, massage therapy, different eye drops, nothing else was helping me rid this problem and blinking was uncomfortable. I even had a humidifier going to put moisture into the air. I realized after a day or so of using castor oil ontop of my lids at night that the irritated feeling of severe dry eye was gone. I still use drops, but the "bumps" I imagine were under my lids (as I've been told from the eye doctor in the past due to dry eye irritation) are no longer there. So dang grateful!
I, too, had severe dry eye...like my eyelids were stuck to my eyeball when I'd sleep. It was horrible! I bought organic pure hexane free cold pressed castor oil and put a drop in each eye at night and it fixed my dry eye problem in days! It was a dream! I don't know if it works for everyone, but it did me! I have also used it around my eyes. Glad others had success with this natural treatment.
It works for everything eye it seems! The eye skin, the eyes themselves, lashes and brows look so good I feel like I don't even want to use makeup anymore.
I bought Castor oil a few weeks ago to try 9n myknee pain and also used it on flaky dry skin patches on my face that I couldn't seem to get rid of. After putting Castor oil on my face for several hours I was frankly shocked to see my dry patches were completely gone. It's been over 2 weeks and my facial skin is still so smooth and looks great. I'm very impressed. Just wish it would work on my knee pain.

Look him up. peace

@@angelakosmas3218 Hello Angela...I am not sure it has impacted by thyroid as I have not had bloodwork done recently. I use a pack, ordered from Queen of the Thrones. I rub a nickel size amount over my neck (thyroid area), it is quite viscous, so whatever is left I rub into my décolletage, face, lips and eyes. I likely won't be getting thyroid labs done again until the summer. I will try to keep you updated.
That's great. But did it help ur thyroid function, and is it hypothyroid, please?
Wow that's awesome thanks for sharing 👍🏻
It is true! I've only used Shaklee on my face since the early 90s. I've recently discovered organic castor oil and have been applying it over my normal cream routine...there is absolutely a difference in the lines around my eyes, forehead, mouth and neck being visibly diminished after only a couple of weeks! I'm totally sold and will be using it solely once I'm done with my current Shaklee inventory. At 62 I never imagined I could find something inexpensive and organic to replace what's been working for me for 30+ years...and it's even better!
Hi I’ve just purchased a bottle of cold pressed caster oil I can’t Waite to see what benefits it may give. I’ve read how great it is for eyelashes and eyebrows, my eyebrows have stopped growing it’s been a year. Anything that benefits us and is a good and natural has to be good.
@@jofrances3296You're gonna love the results! I even apply a little to my shins, which were always a little dry even using shea butter, almond oil, coconut oil...they all are great but don't penetrate like the castor oil does. I'm truly impressed with the stuff...enough so that I've already restocked! Hope you find it as a terrific new discovery as I do!
I use caster oil on my neck & it works great. I also had red spots on my cheeks that wouldn’t go away with any product except castor oil.
What does it do for neck?
Did you get any facial hair on your neck using c oil ? Thank you 🙏🏻 😊
I have used castor oil on my face with alil water on my face to spread better. It’s been pretty good to wear under foundation and it does feel like it hydrates area in my face that’s dry. Really good experience! Especially with my type of skin, combination and acne prone.

MY face creams are mainly retinol based.
I wonder if it's safe to mix with that.
But yes, I like the idea, of just putting, a certain amount in my moisturiser 🌺
I'd only use filtered water if you do that....the oil will take whatever else is in there, ..in to your skin your skin takes everything into the blood.
I am using castor oil , It tightens my skin, smoother skin, removes fine lines...good under eye as the skin under eyes are thin , so it tightens up. I apply 3 times a week on my face and neck Castor oil. Really good.
I've been doing castor oil packs for years for liver detox but I also use it on my skin. I'm 55 and it's helped heal a scar on my chest from skin cancer, when nothing else worked. I use it on my face, under my eyes where I have circles and on my eye lids for dry eye. It's helped immensely with all the above. I'm going to start using in on my bone spurs on my feet now. My MIL was a naturopath and used castor oil for SO many things. There aren't tons of studies because castor oil is not a money maker in the medical world. The use of it goes back thousands of years. There is so much to be learned from history with natural remedies, this is a very big one. It just happens to be amazing for your skin, the biggest organ on the human body.

It reduces inflamation in joints as well!!!!
Wow, that sounds like shingles. Glad it worked for you.
No! Thank goodness! No blisters and I never had chicken pox in my life. Five kids in our home and we never had it. @@Lita_213

Surely it would make the skin sag more by stretching the skin ?
