    I have the new 2022 Sorento. I traded in my 2019 Sorento to purchase the new one. The 2019 was an excellent model. It never gave me a minutes trouble. I truly enjoyed driving it! I decided to go with the 2022 because I liked the look, and I wanted all of the features that came with it. I’ve been driving the 22 for about 2 weeks and so far really love it. Mine is the wolf gray with black seats, trim and wheels. Very Sharp!

    I own a 2011 kia sorento V6 ex and I love it! Bought new and now 120k miles behind the wheel I have my eye on the 2022 sorento. Besides the normal wear and tear items (tires, breaks, wipers, etc.) Not one issue. My 11' runs as good as the day I bought it.

    I bought a used 2012 Kia Sorento with 92k miles on it. 1 year to the day after I bought my Kia, the engine blew. I looked it up and it was covered under their factory recall. Brought my Kia to the dealership and they fixed it for free but I was without my car for 3 months without a loaner.

    We leased a 2016 for 3 years and didn't have a single issue. New generation looks great. Sad to see the departure of the V6. Not a lot of SUV's in this segment. Much bigger than a RAV4, escape, and those smaller vechles. But smaller than highlander, pilot or tellurides.

    We bought a new 2022 AWD Kia Sorrento S with the NON turbo 2.5L just 4 months ago and have just over 6,000 miles on it. Vehicle broke down on my wife last week and was just notified today that Kia is recommending that the dealership replace the engine! Thankfully it is 100% covered but not happy that old engine issues may not be resolved and reliability is now obviously in question...

    I'm on my 3rd Sorrento had a 2012 my first one it was a great car lots of road trips absolutely no issues like nothing bought it used with around 50k put another 100k and traded it right around 150k miles for the 2020 model this one was brand new and never had any problems either had it for just over 2 years and we got the 2022 basically we fell in love with this model and it has been amazing vehicle so far have already taken several out of state trips it's like driving a laptop in the sense that it has so many features we're constantly finding new things it does lol basically drives it's self has a button you can make the lane assist more aggressive for lack of a better word and it does really well keeping you in your lane especially when tired in those long trips it's awesome ours has the panoramic sunroof it's a perl white with aluminum and black wheels the dash looks amazing has phone chargers everywhere even on the side of front seats for the second row passengers and the third row is great to keep teenagers in their own space lol the black interior looks and feels awesome we have gotten compliments from just about everyone even strangers since we've owned it door handles lights up when you get near it with fob in your pocket my wife has Kia app and can start it and open it remotely with the app 4cyl so super economical on fule has like 4 different settings for driving sport,eco,smart and comfort I love the sport mode but not for stop and go traffic as the Trans takes longer to shift so its nice to be able to switch according to driving conditions.All and all,the 3 Kia Sorrentos we've owned have been basically problem free beginning with the 2012 maybe we've been lucky I do keep up with basic maintenance on time synthetic oil changes but that's about it we will see how this one works out in the long run but if it's anything like the ones before Kia has a faithful customer here 😆

    I just purchased the 22 sorento ex hybrid. For the 22 the panoramic sunroof is is no longer standard and will cost an extra $1500 on top of the extra cost of the ex. If you dont need the sunroof I would suggest buying the s model as there isnt much difference between the s and ex. The ex has the power liftgate and navigation based cruise control along with a few other minor changes in electronics. For the extra cost (about $6k) I wish I would have just gotten the s and spent the saved money on accessories. Kias website states that the ex hybrid is awd and has wood trim interior which neither is true. For the hybrid it drives nice and smooth and great mpg.

  • @stephenalexander3534
    @stephenalexander3534 ปีที่แล้ว

    We have a 2022 and for the most part, it's great. The only real complaint we have is that you cannot lock the car from the interior lock button. You must close the door and either use the remote or have the key fob with you so that you can use the exterior button on the door. I drive dozens of different cars through travel and this is the only car I have ever encountered that will not lock by using the interior door lock button. Kia offers some convoluted explanation and states that the Owners Manual is incorrect (which clearly states that you should be able to lock the doors this way). Other than this annoyance, we are happy so far.

    We have about 37,000 miles on our 2019 KIA Sorento SXL, which we bought new in summer 2018. It is the ideal Goldilocks Harpmobile for transporting my wife's concert grand harp. We had to replace a balky starter under warranty at about 30,000 miles, but otherwise it's been the most trouble-free and satisfying vehicle we've ever owned. Our top-of-the-line 2019 KIA Sorento SXL is equipped with just about everything that the Telluride SX has, including the same engine and transmission. Admittedly, it doesn't have the large, whiz-bang instrumentation and "info-tainment" screens, but--hey--that smaller 8" screen offers wireless Apple CarPlay while the new set-up doesn't. Go figure.

I Believe my insurance will write it off. So now my only option from the dealership is a 2022 Kia Sorento LX Premium. Not exactly what I had before it it’s the only incoming vehicle from factory.

    I just brought the 2020 seranta xline ex turbo...love the car good ride very comfortable and plenty of power...for the price point I payed for the seranto.. was a little disappointed that it does not have daytime running lights.. witch makes no sense. Has auto matic lights that on over cast days never go on unless I turn them on .. has to be almost dark before they come automatically.. auto start is Hit or miss depending on how close you are to your car. It has evo.. witch takes for ever to send a signal to your car depending on where you are..and it only runs your car for 10 min we get 20 below weather where I live 10 min is not even a warm up... trunk space awful. And would have nice to throw in auto folding mirrors. 40.000 car is I'm being picky...
