Great review, I agree with the hard plastic feel, we ordered one regardless as its the only real affordable 3 row PHEV that qualifies for gov't grants. I just wanted to point out that the middle row actually has 3 USB charge points. The one that you pointed out and then 1 on each of the sides of the front seats (facing center console). You can see it when you talk about the climate control for the back seat @7:33. In all a good review...can't wait to get ours..been waiting over 9 months so far..uggg
From the 2021-22 model the emblems still say Kia in the older version they have , once it’s a 2023 model it’s the upgraded emblem(logo) looks better in my opinion . Looking to get one tomorrow !!!test drove it and feels great
I think from your comments we get the impression you're not that fond of chrome, and would prefer a Black Edition Sorento? I couldn't agree more. That color schemes is available in the RAV4 and it looks stellar. I also agree with the 3rd row cup holder/pockets. They are backwards.

There are 2 USB ports on the (console side) front 2 seats for the backseat people.

True, lots of USB ports in the SUV. Only too bad they're all outgoing USB A instead of future proof USB C.
