I pick mine up on Saturday! Glacial white exterior looks SHARP with the black trim. I opted out of the panoramic roof and truthfully won’t miss it. I’m impressed with the amount of cup holder space & every single passenger has a charger plug-in all the way to the third row! It’s the little things. Also the sound system sounds best when using Apple Car Play V the radio. I’m so excited for this vehicle, it truly has SO many features for the value!! Thanks Car Confections for all of your thorough reviews, they really helped me in the process of buying!!

In some ways I think this is the nicest interior of the Sorento trims because the higher trims have a ton of piano black trim pieces. I much prefer that basic plastic in this model near the door switches and shifter
Was torn between this and the santa fe. Santa fe takes it. SEL (step above base model) has AWD push button style shifter and electric emergency brake button for $31k. Sorento is nice with the USB in the seat and of course the 3rd row is a big plus!

I was tabbed out and noticed that the sound system wasn't that bad -- good enough at least!
I wanted to get one but the dealership placed a HUGE MARKUP on the price. Adding $10,000 above MSRP. They say that they’re trying to make up for lost sales but I think that’s wrong 😑 even if it’s a chip shortage or whatever
Just came from a dealer and can confirm. The markup is fucking criminal and I can’t wait for the dealership model to die off.

Have the s version great fuel economy.Average 37 miles to the gallon driving 70 mph for 180 miles from New Hampshire back to Connecticut.Only complaint is that it’s a little under powered .Other than that I like it a lot
Same it is a bit underpowered especially when riding with all passengers and a bit of a load it kinda seems to lag
Hi, how is it working after a year? Does engine perform Ok? I recently took a test drive of a year old Santa Fe which is having same 2.5 L NA engine. That engine was really struggling to pull the car.
KIA did everything right here.
No LED taillights for this S model is definitely a miss in my book. It's not a deal breaker by any means but it sure would be nice to have. I hope they become standard across the range soon.

I want the SX prestige but want to keep seating for 7. It's a shame I can't option out if I want the captain 2nd row seats or not.

Not saying it’s not value oriented but I would spend the extra $5K to get the top trim and feel a lot more special everytime I see and use my 7 seat SUV. But then again you’re in Telluride Price range then the question is size.
Nice looking suv, however car makers should stop putting lights in the bumper. And why is it that you pay all that money and still dont get full led lights.
At least this time only the reverse lights are on the lower bumper. It's not the worst placement. I don't mind turn signals on the lower bumper either because it gives you more of a reason to keep your distance which I'm 99.9% sure is taught to everyone when they first learn to drive.
Black wheels and sunroof are optional. you have to pay extra for all that..
On today’s date if any can didn’t come with ACC Standard on all trims it’s a big miss
Is the panoramic sunroof standard with S trim? I tried building an S AWD online and it looked like I needed to add the panoramic. Just wondering if all these dealerships etc are just adding them all.
Also my local dealers are sitting around 35.5k - 37k is that a fair price for AWD S trim?
No, it's not standard. You have to add it for 1300
Kia has been doing a Great Job with the Sorento & Telluride BUT if your over 6 feet tall & 250lbs these vehicles aren't for You! They are Cut both in Length and Width.

@@ATH-camChannelwithNoName A compact Car will always have more space then an SUV. It all has to do with the center console space. Those of us (me) who have a Real Balls need space to drive as Hip flexors are tight in these types of vehicles

Saying “Hold ok : Disable”
Right hand side on the steering wheel you just hold the wheel and it goes off! It also means the vehicle is in shipping mode which will show you less fuel available than reality you have to bring it to your dealer to make sure PDI is done

We have a sorento..
A few things to know.
The headlights are so low that you can barely see at night.
Also we have had ours at least 6 or 7 times because the tail lights keep going out. It's not just the fuse. Really not good and it would be enough to make us not buy another one. Beware
I'm out in the mountains at night when it's pitch black and the lighting is just fine on my sorento
I had the 2019 Sorento SXL and there was a major electrical issue! Everytime we pulled the driver visor down the light fuse would blow! My interior lights wouldn’t work and neither would the underglows or the “Sorento” lights up on the footbars when stepping out. They couldn’t figure it out! Loved that car bc it was a V6! Headlights were LED so I seen fine. Got the 22 Sorento S and haven’t had issues yet. Just sad bc I miss out on a lot my 19 had compared to my 22 like 2nd row heated sets and ventilated front seats.
