Your enunciation and articulation are perfect. You speak extremely clear and easy to understand. Never ever have had a problem with hearing or understanding you. And for new people...Jonathan is a great videographer. He does go to extra lengths to make perfect videos. I.e. leaving his camera on the other side of the river to catch a shot of driving away from the area. He is the best. Kudos Jonathan 👏👏👏🥰
The relaxing music that pulls you in while flying over canyons and beautiful beaches or breathtaking lakes and sparkling streams is absolutely perfect! I really enjoy his positive attitude and his vibes are great and infectious. HE IS THE BEST! Thank you Jonathan! ❤️ I am new here and already such a big fan. His mama must be so proud of him. My heart smiled when he gave a shout out to his mom in the Pad Thai video. Such a joyous spirit.
The difference in our pronunciation of words helps to make our personalities. I pronounce " Siren as sigh reen ". A lot of people in the small towns in the south east pronounce it the same way. I believe that I mentioned using sandalwood inscense to run the mosquitoes out of your camper. It really does the job and smells good too.
A little tip...we carry a battery powered leaf blower for the dust. I use it to blow off the dust on our Can Am Maverick and the inside of the toyhauler. Works great!
Think he's trying to juggle between living on the road, experiencing nature, but still staying a minimalist. Probably would avoid carrying a piece of specialized equipment like that, although I do think it's a good suggestion.
@@judomike4255 it's just a suggestion! I hear he bought one so why not use it. I've used mine to blow the dust off of me after a day of trail riding in the Can am, 😆
Jonathan does the rear flip up door on your camper have a foam seal around it to help keep dust out? If not, you can buy foam strips to go around it. You can buy a truck tailgate seal kit to help seal up where the tailgate goes, you can buy them online or at auto parts stores. A bed rug will also help keep dust out of your camper. I was born and raised in Arkansas and I'm about as southern as you can get and I'm proud of it. I was in sales, sales manager, branch manager, operations manager, I've worked in 12 states from Michigan, Ohio all the way down to Louisiana and Mississippi. Every area talks different and sounds different that is part of what makes the US great we are all different. Don't let others intimate you, just be yourself. We watch your videos because you are you. Keep the videos coming!
I have two spray bottles for cleaning. One filled with water and a tiny bit of Dawn. The other filled with water and a bit of white vinegar. The vinegar/water solution cleans most things very well so the Dawn/water sprayer is seldom necessary. Works great and lasts a long time -- really saves my water! Dawn has come out with a foam dispenser, which I love, love, love. Going to switch over to that instead of the Dawn/water solution bottle as soon as it's empty.
Use some surf wax or bar soap on the edge s of the you pull out drawer , it will slide out smooth as slow sipping whiskey......Keep dust out by putting a small fent scoop on the upper side of camper it will presserize inside camper and won't let dust inside....
Beautiful scenery as usual! You always seem to pick the right spots. Your food always looks so amazing. Good enough to eat! Nice closing shot with trees framing your exit. Thanks for this awesome adventure. Greatly appreciated. Looking forward to the next one. Keep safe! Drive Safe! God bless you on the next adventure.😘
Oh man, I’m on a NorCal, Oregon and Washington road trip from Arizona right now, sitting right now in Olympic National Forest and visiting Mt Hood earlier made me and my girlfriend decide that we’re going to move to Portland, or at least in the area. It’s so beautiful and green out there and SO much water. Can’t wait to be out there long term.
And to think so many people are migrating towards Phoenix for the lower cost of living… I’m not sure they’re prepared to trade all that green and blue for sand
@@mikesquashborn2440 Phoenix doesn’t even have a lower cost of living anymore, we were looking to switch apartments and cant find one that’s not similar to Oregon prices. Plus, Oregon pays almost 30% more for the same jobs we have, working in social work, our profession is not valued at all here. I also don’t have any idea what people are talking about when they’re talking about homelessness problems in downtown. Have you seen any other major city before? It’s not nearly as bad as LA, San Fran and hell, even SLC is worse in my experience compared to Portland. It’s worse than Phoenix but theyre pretty extreme in their policing.
Please keep in mind you’re seeing the PNW in the prime season. Come early November it’s gray and drizzling 9 days out of 10. IMO it makes the summers worth it, but maybe not for others. Just something to keep in mind. Safe travels!
@@ludgeisatmcdonalds It's refreshing to have a firsthand take. I have a plethora of family members who hail Phoenix as the safe haven for conservatives fleeing the Communist-overrun west coast. I recently visited Phoenix and it was 113 both days I was there. Scenery is nice 2 hours north but I just don't see the appeal of a water-barren low desert filled with concrete. As a western WA native I love Seattle and Portland, they both have their quirks and major issues, but they're heading in the right direction and not nearly as bad as certain media paints them.
A Bedrug would make the back way more insulated and comfortable.😄 I covered mine ( on the floor only) in high quality turf to help with durability and even more comfort. Love the camper top!
I love the part of the world you are in - pretty much in my side yard lol. I love the view from I-5 of all the mountains. I have a special spot in my heart for St. Helens the one you are thinking of
Wow! Glad to see you enjoying life. Just saw your video when you first live in your car and now this bigger truck. Thank you for sharing your journey! Spring time summer time Oregonians know the spots! gotta go miles off the beatin path to find some real epic spots or get there early. BTW that dish looked amazing. Thanks for sharing
Jonathan don’t let these people get to you about anything. You are you. If we all did the same thing we’d be robots. I’m sorry I don’t think a robot can cook as good as you. Stay safe and be you.
Yep, there are a lot of folks this summer that are headed out to the campgrounds on public lands. P.S. The tall canopy looks great on the back of that Tundra.
Jonathan, the way you say "curtains" is just fine. We're not having an English class here. We're interested in your journeys and all the fun you are having. So go ahead, handle the "curtains" however you want to! It's fine with me! 😀

Your friction on the drawer is coming from the bottom side of the drawer meeting the frame. You should sand that underside of the frame, then iron press an edge wrap on that bottom edge. Makes it super smooth.
Great video and to those giving you a hard time about curtains pronunciation you do you you speak how ever your little heart desires ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another awesome video to watch well having my morning cup of coffee ☕️. One quick question who built your camper down here in southern California?
So you have curtains on the sides but not on the back door window?
The mosquitoes seem to be bad this year. A lot of Travel videos show having trouble with them. Palm Springs CA is having flies.
They sure do. I’m already covered in bites 🥲
Just call them drapes and never fear the word curtains again.

To stop the Is Mosquito on bug problem why do you get some mosquito nets that you can attach to your big door when you open it up.
