The stage was small and maybe a foot off the floor. Nonetheless we watched them play for 45 minutes to an empty club. It was so goddamn intense and intimate lol. The drummer thanked us for being the only ones to show up that night and jam with them. A year and a half later and they were touring with disturbed an playing the Arena in Orlando.
Rest In Peace to the man who influenced me to try and be a vocalist like him. You were a great asset to the music industry. You will be missed by family, friends and fans.

This is an amazing example of a band firing on all cylinders recording live off the floor in the studio! Wish more metal bands did this nowadays! The self-titled gets a lot of hate, but I will always respect it cause the band went fully analog for that record and while the songs and the vocals weren't exactly amazing, it's still a solid effort, and they were brave enough to take on the challenge of recording analog, and Suicide Silence will always have my respect for that!
