    I felt physically horrible after a rough work day. I am a therapist and still learning how to navigate my clients emotions without accidentally storing them and bringing them home with me. I feel so much more aligned after this, THANK YOU.

    This was so effective for tension release, I tend to store so much of it in my neck and shoulders

    I did an arm workout yesterday and didn't realize how much tension I was holding in my shoulders until doing the first five minutes of this. I love how natural your flows are and how easy they are to fit into my daily routines. Loved this one!

    I keep a lot of Tension in my neck & back. I will be doing this routine everyday. I’ll just add the “tortes” pose with it 😊

    This practice was amazing! I'm on day 2 of a migraine (pain comes and goes). This practice was great for helping relieve the tension I get, especially in my upper body. The neck and shoulder massage was the best! Thank you, Nico!! ❤

    Definitely loved the video and want to know is their yoga poses to tap into the smaller chakras. As we know, there are more than 7.
    Also, where did you get that colorful painting in the back, it's exquisite.

      There’s definitely poses to tap into the smaller chakras, but I’ve always thought as you’re trying to target the major chakras, you’re bound to tap into the smaller ones at the same time. My painting is the work of Eugenia Alexander.
