    Would def love to see more of these! I struggle to incorporate more restful or slower paced flows, could be really nice to do more to start the day.

    Loved loved loved this practice!! And would love to see more yin yoga practices as well. This felt more like an hour than 25 minutes, which is so wonderful for mornings when there’s not as much time for a morning routine. So relaxing. Thanks Nico!

    I'm usually not a fan of yin yoga practices. But during my special time of the month, it's the only practice that my body can handle. I've tried various practices here on TH-cam, and this was the first one that I actually enjoyed. Thank you, Nico. Please, send more these our way 💗

    Really appreciate your yin yoga videos. I've found them helpful when I'm under the weather or recovering from illness and still want to do yoga but need something gentle, relaxing, and restorative. Also love the meditation value.

    ❤❤ when I became an instructer, yin was my passion, but I've actually grown away from it, and this was what I needed to reset, and appreciate the slow down. I ❤all your classes, and I'd love to see more yin practices too.

    I love your channel so much! I’ve been able to continuously do yoga in the morning and night for a little over two weeks and I’m loving it! I can feel my body tense up if I forget to do it in the morning so I’ll add 5 min to my night yoga. Now that at I’m at a steady pause I’ve increased my time. I am so grateful that I can find it all in your channel! I really appreciate your work & energy🪷 Thank you for everything! 🫶🏼

    I haven't been consistent with my yoga practices lately. 😭 but this is exactly what I needed. I wanted something that would relax me more while also releasing tension. This was it . Holding poses longer for a deeper stretch was everything. THANK U NICOOO!

    This was perfect for today. I have some inflammation in my thumb and am unable to put weight on it for now. This practice helped with the tightness that has been building up in my shoulders. Thanks again.

    Perfect way to start my Saturday morning 😌 I tend to wake up with my mind racing so this was a good way to calm my mind. Yin yoga is my fav! I’d love to see more of these sessions. This is even good to do in the evening. Thank you! ✌🏾❤

    I really loved this practice. It was perfect for me since I’m having a chronic pain flair up and this allowed me to hold space for that part of my experience. I would love to incorporate more of these types of flows to my practice.

    I just recently started following your page and love it so far. I enjoyed this yin yoga before I start my day. I’m on my moon too so I’ve been gravitating towards slower paced sequences and this was perfect. I also enjoyed the root chakra yoga recently. Looking forward to trying out more!!

    Yes please to more morning yoga classes as that's when I do yoga. I loved this class but my arm kept going dead in owl pose, what can I do to stop that? I put my head on a block on the right side and it helped a little. Thank you for this session, it was great, see you tomorrow XX

      putting your head on a block sounds like a good modification to me. if it's uncomfortable, feel free to release the pose sooner
