I live in a mild climate, the Bay Area, and overheat easily. I love cashmere for the winter, but it has to be on the thinner side. So, I always look for lightweight, thinner cashmere, which is often less expensive, too. I love Quince for this, especially their collared Polo sweater, I hope they come out with more colors in this style, and match them to their great cashmere skirts. I’ve bought cashmere from more expensive brands, like Club Monaco and Banana Republic, but it’s off an on all day with these thicker ones. I always wear a thin silk tee under my cashmere and woolens, to protect both my skin and the sweater, and if I have to remove the sweater when I overheat, I’m still decently covered in public. (Hiding in the ladies’ room with just my bra on top, not much fun, while I waited to cool down, gave me this idea). I highly recommend a breathable, thin layer under woolies, it keeps them clean for much longer and helps a lot with hyper-sensitive skin like mine. Amazon has nice, mostly silk with rayon (breathable), thin knit, long-sleeved tees that are perfect for this purpose and not expensive. I have both black and nude ones and it’s so much easier to delicate machine wash and hang dry these than a cashmere sweater. Unless I get a spot, grime, or heavily sweat in them, I only wash my cashmere at the end of the winter, and dry well before storing them in zippered cloth bags. Moths love dirty woolies much more than clean ones!

Quince is great for natural-fiber clothing, including leather (their leather jackets are great, too). I’ve shopped from Quince for years and loved nearly everything I bought, dozens of items, there (except the cotton sweater blazer - it has no closure, and their current silk-blend scarf, it doesn’t iron well and looks more wrinkled than ever afterward). I bought two of their matching cashmere skirt and sweaters outfits this fall. Their silk skirt is absolutely perfect, comes in many colors and two lengths in some neutrals, and the price is amazing, only $60 US! I’ve seen many, many inferior polyester ones for more than this! (No brand affiliations. I’m just an ordinary consumer who likes sharing good natural-fiber brands, the only ones I can wear).

Wow! It sounds like you have a wonderful collection of Quince pieces! The slip skirts are on my wishlist; I would love one in white. I also like you prefer natural fibers that feel comfortable on my body. Thank you for sharing your experience with Quince.

You can tell that the Jenni Kayne has more depth to their sweaters. The Quince fabric looks like it is not knitted as tight. However, the styles are really nice. I love cashmere. I have several sweaters in that fabric. I also like merino wool. Thanks for the video.

I also like the look of merino wool, but I typically need to wear something underneath it so I don't itch. Thank you so much for watching! xo

Hi Agnes! New subscriber here 😊I just discovered your channel while looking for Quince jewelry reviews. What a beautiful sweater collection! I have been growing my own cashmere collection for about two years and definitely agree that quince is a way to go! After seeing your video I may go to their website and get the button cardigan 😍 Maybe I’ll size down. I don’t want it too oversized. Is your cream color smaller than grey?
Have you tried Quince solid gold jewelry? (I personally love their home stuff like gauze blankets and other bedding as well as their silk pajamas.) Anyways, just wanted to say hi. I’m Aleks. Looking forward to more videos.

Hi Aleks! Thank you so much for subscribing and for introducing yourself. It’s always nice to know who’s on the other side of the camera, makes the video process so much more enjoyable. The button cardigans are both in size small and they are quite oversized. I probably could have gone with extra small as well. I haven’t tried any of their other products yet. If you do end up getting the gold jewelry, please let me know how you like it. Thank you so much for watching and saying hi! 🤍

Did you get the Quince boyfriend cardigan in ivory in the same size as your grey one? It looks like it fits a little smaller. I'm interested in these but debating on size. Love your videos!

Hello! Thank you so much! Yes, they are both in size small and fit the same. The grey color appears bigger on camera, but it fits me the same in real life. I hope that is helpful:)

It’s really cute how you say Quin-cey, but actually in English, the E is silent.❤

    • @HelloAgnes

I completely spaced out on that! I noticed my mistake while editing the video, and it was too late. Hopefully, next time, I can keep the E silent. :))) Thank you for watching!
