Speed Test G is the best way to see how fast or slow a phone is.
Yes that's the raw power but daily use could differ
I noticed iPhone never over ride the animations but android always do. This is why some apps opens quicker on Android

Samsung wants at least 50% to 60% of their phones to use Exynos next year. Smart since AMD Radeon will offer current generation console graphics and the partnership will last at least 2 years.
It won't be as good as a current gen console cuz the cooling solution doesn't exist in Samsung phones

Only in a few channels Tensor lose in speed but is this guy do the same test with the reduced animations the history is other the almighty A15 bionic is a joke in most of the channels comparison is losing in speed against a far less powerful chip so don't be so sure about the A15 is untouchable I can give you many links that proving my point.

Google Tensor is Not bad. You can Have it. It is an Excellent phone but when it comes to Speed test against iPhone 13 Pro Max it loses by a Huge margin

Now is even worse that IOS 15 after optimization is not far more faster than the Tensor only maybe 6 seconds faster but even with that if you reduced the animation in development options the Pixel 6 pro is twice faster so iPhone 13 pro max always going to lose in speed test.I can't wait until the Pixel 6 get first optimization and you will see if almighty A15 is untouchable 😂

Tensor runs the GPU speed test as fast as the Adreno 640 found in the Pixel 4 from two years ago. About 37 seconds. While Snapdragon 888 is at least 15 seconds faster. The A15 is another 20-25 seconds faster than 888.

Rendering a 25mb file quicker than the pixel is due to the faster processor. It's got nothing to do with nvme storage since the file to be written is only 25mb. Both nvme and ufs 3.1 have speeds way above 25mb, storage wasn't the bottleneck here.
Exactly. 21MB in 8.5s gives about 2.5MB/s - i am sure that ufs 3.1 can better. @TechNick please stop saying this in every video when iphone renders video faster.

Apple is sitting on so much mobile power but iOS restrictions is its own bottleneck. I used iPhone since Gen 1 and needed to jailbreak it after 5 days because how boring the OS truly is. I do like macOS though.

So you buy a jailbreak phone to have unrestricted access and in the process voids your warranty and any chances you have to trade in for a new phone. Comparing ios with android is not fair,,,, they both have different os, different animations, and apps are differently optimised that's why the interface is different in ios in most apps,,,,,,,
You just expect people not to do it. It's not about how fair it is. It just give people an idea of which phone may be faster and weather or not it matters to them.
tbh nowadays in speed test phones only win when you use the right apps. when you have apps/games like minecraft, soundcloud and youtube in a test the android phones win by a lot while when you have apps/games that are optimized for ios like the stuff from adobe or most social media the iphone wins by a lot.
Can you tell me all these apps?

It's predictable for Exytensor to lose to Apple if Qualcomm can't beat them. Although Snapdragon 888 did run Genshin Impact at a higher fps than the A14 did. Too bad I hate iOS. So many steps to install emulators and ROMs.
Genshin Impact has a lower render resolution on Android (720p at max settings) like on iOS (800p at max settings). Because of the crappier quality, the Android phones has easier work to get higher fps.

The youtube app was technically partially reloaded imo. It knows what page should be showing, but that isnt keeping it in the ram completely. I know cz im daily-ing p6pro currently and i have to say, 20% of the time p6pro knows what page it suppose to be in, but its not ready in ram 100%. Happens to just a handful of apps, so im ok with it. It pains me that iphone can do that flawlessly though.

That Geekbench 5 score on the Google was terrible..... I'm still running an 855 SD on my work phone that gets a 921 SC and 2697 Multi.
I think it's over 3 yrs old at this point...LG V50 is still a great phone.
I haven't really been keeping up on the mobile platform.... Is there a reason Google went with the Exynos chips instead of Qualcomm ..???
