During the circuit explanation, at 24:56, the input pot is actually a 5k pot, not 50k.
So (I think), we can adjust the gain between 2 & 10 V/V.
The vactrol LED also goes to actual ground, not virtual ground (or else it wouldn't do diddly squat).

I like your videos, but one critique is that you synthesize sounds that are really high pitched and a little too loud relative to your voice over level. It's a little grating.
