I don’t think the kidney grills will ever look good to me. Odd shape and will age badly. But just an opinion. Otherwise she’s like the m6 on steroids.
If it's the same one the shmee was in then it has am after market exhaust.
The original 850 is the best looking BMW coupe in my opinion. Still looks amazing today! This looks a lot like a new 6 series.

The Zanzibarbarian S class coupe did not sell well in the U.S., either. There just isn’t a big market for big luxury GT coupes anymore. This is much more the reason why it didn’t sell well anywhere, than not offering all wheel drive.

Yeah it's not the drive train. It's paying that much for 2 doors of luxury. I love the s63 coupe personally and my brother is saving up for one now as it's his next goal, but they are rare. The sound is absolutely gorgeous though

Well, it's not really the most powerful M car to date. You can already buy the M5 competition that has the exact same amount of power (and weighs 10kg less).

What a beautiful car. Sad cars have gone heavier and heavier now. My M635csi weight about 1500kg.. now this M8 almost 2000kg... More like a ship than a car.... hem....
Senna, i need you to understand that asking for a light car inawadays is hypocrisy, with the ever improving safety features and the call to justify the hefty price tags call for the manufacturer to improve ride quality and make occupants fit in comfortably, this means cars will be bigger and heavier hence asking for what we call a light really is almost impractical...
Yes but the chassis are now becoming so stiff and rigid that the extra weight still makes it handle and corner better than the previous generation of lighter cars.

It will last more than any exotic at that price point though.. the S63 is a reliable performance V8 engine, stop relying on the garbage 2002-2013 days, these days the BMWs are not the same.

After being a tech for BMW for years and then working as an automotive designer for BMW in the US and Germany as well, I can tell you that you have no idea what's going on behind those closed doors. If you want to waste money on a bmw that's your prerogative. If it wasn't for all those BMW sheep constantly coming in for repairs, I wouldn't have been to put myself through school, so thank you. I chose not to follow the flock after I saw what happens internally and since I also wrenched one bmw's daily. I know a wolf when I see one.
Profit doesn't mean good design or a good product. If you want to talk profit then explain why Japan makes just as much profit and still has reliability and resale value without riddiculous depreciation. Like I said at the beginning, think harder and deeper.

If this M8 coupe can do 0-60 MPH in 3.2 seconds then it’s the same power and speed as the M5 F90 Competition making this coupe NOT the fastest M, because the M5 F90 Competition (which I prefer) is substantially heavier than this 2-door coupe. And the fact that this coupe uses the exact same engine and gearbox makes it even as the M5 F90 Competition. So to summarize, M8 Competition 0-60 in 3.2 seconds and the much heavier 4 door M5 F90 Competition is also 0-60 in 3.2 seconds..... So who really is the fastest? My opinion is the M5 F90 Competition
