You say bad camera when there are 2k dollars laptops that have even worse cams. Also only one usb. Macbook pro has 0 usb. You must get 100% an adapter. About the wifi i tested it and it has almost the same speed than my asus rog laptop. These are not excuses for saying dont buy this laptop. It costs only 300 dollars wtf. You wont find almost anything like this one at this price. You expect to have hight quality at everything for that price. This is the perfect example of people's ignorance.

slow wifi connection and opening of the laptop would not be a problem for me, though. i'll simply go near a wifi hotspot or get a wifi booster. and to open it, i'll just simply use my two hands :)
Everyone doesn't have 2 hands so that was a valid point. Some people are very busy they don't have time to wait on connections or downloads if running to coffee house on a break and still trying to do work. Very valid point

i really get the same feeling of having electrocuted frequently when using my laptop while charging. For me that's the only thing i regretted for buying this lapbook, but overall the price is pretty much logical so no worries.

To be fair, camera is not that important as it depends on the use, but for usb port its easier to buy a usb hub instead of hating the whole laptop for that

it is unless your electrical is not grounded, most metal laptops will conduct this. as for the wifi, we have no way of measuring since his setup might be rubbish. granted this won't come with the best wireless card.

Did anyone else experience any difficulties in connecting this laptop to another monitor? Since this has a micro HDMI port, I've already used both an HDMI adapter and an HDMI to micro HDMI cable but it still couldn't detect the 2nd monitor. This might be trivial to you guys but for a newbee like me, I still can't get it to work :(
i dont reccomed using 2nd monitor anyway, only because the cpu is already kinda bad and hitting 100% most of the time while using it normaly.... and maybe ur hdmi port is faulty?
Electric shocks was happened to my Dell laptop also, due to the power supply issue. Problem solved after changing the new power supply.

My device got "audio feedback" (Larsen Effect) problem. It happens when I boot up my device and doesn't stop if I don't shut it down, or it will stop if I connect audio jack or connect bluetooth speaker. All I can do is just disable built-in mic to stop it. Any advice to fix it?

Edit: The laptop turns on when i put to charge then when the charge is 15 or 20% i takeout the charger and laptop just turns off

Guys don't buy this laptop if you want it to work for a long time. I bought this laptop 8 months ago and I had seen this review prior to buying it. Didn't think much about these problems but now I can say if I knew my laptop won't even last 5 minutes without being connected to charge, I wouldn't have bought it.
While it is connected to electricity and charging at the same time, the left side of the computer burns like crazy.
The electric shock issue is legit and very disturbing when working.
The slow wifi connection is true, sometimes it would be such a hurdle to watch an online class while my sister never had issues with wifi. So I can definetly say it's not the wifi problem rather the laptop's. I would sit right next to the router and even then sometimes I could barely attend class.
Bought this for 320 euros and now looking for another one even though more expensive because it is worth to buy one expensive one once than buying cheap laptops every year.
I have learnt the lesson.

Can you be more specific about electric shock? I have been using laptop for 13 years and I never experience electric shock no matter what kind or brand I use. If you are sure about that then you have to inform the manufacturer. But the other reasons for not buying these laptop doesn't bother me

Yes affordable sya pero ang issue nya is kaya mura may mga sabi sabi na missing driver or walang license ang installer. kase 2 days ko palang gamit nag ssleep/nagoff agad yung screen nya and ihohold ko yung power button para mag on and after ilang secs naoff agad kahit full charge sya kaya ang ginawa ko and napansin ko di sya nag ooff screen or nagssleep pag nakasaksak yung charger nya . And nalaman ko di lang pala ako nakakexperience nito halos buong chuwi users
. Mas better kumuha nalang kayo ng kilalang brand na budget friendly.

The handle of the tool, it generates a yellow glow.
On the test pen when it touch it and have current it will light up on the handle (not too bright) this cause of the aluminium casis laptop not enough grounding. Its a simple fix to ger earth grounding
but in terms of performance what can you say?

My lapbook pro died after one month use, sent to Hong Kong for repair February 2020 till now January 2021 no update about the repair and warranty. Beware on buying this brand of laptop, the seller maybe responding with your concern but they are not taking action. Spare yourself with i experience, this February 2021 will be one year when i return the laptop for them to repair.

Hello I thought I'd share my experience with this laptop since i've had it for 18 months now. First of all, I use the laptop every day and only for college and personal stuff (i don't play on it). I have no complaints regarding software. I have used windows excel, access, word, and other programs without any problems.
I have issues with the quality of the hardware and the parts, which you cannot find anywhere. I broke my glass screen (it is not that serious) and I haven't been able to buy a replacement glass. Then after one year the hinge on the left side blocked and when i tried to close the computer it cracked. Turns out the chassis was plastic and broke. I haven't been able to find a replacement of the laptop chassis to this day. The technician tried his best to fix it with glue but the screen has been flickering ever since. Not to mention that the hinge is now broken again.
I was in love with my laptop but now it has become a problem.

@@mariecadoux2068 Hey Marie sorry for my late reply! Yes indeed. I use Google Meet and Microsoft Teams on a daily basis. Microphone and speakers work fine. The camera quality is not very good but you could just buy an external one for cheap. Just mind not buying this version of the laptop because your hinge will crack and they won’t do anything about it.
Every forum I’ve read in the official page about this model and 90% of the complaints are on the hardware quality. Also, Chuwi service is horrible and they won’t fix anything (can’t complain for the price paid (270€ in October 2019).

It's capacitive leaking very common (even from Apple). If you don't want it, find a better charger that stops it.

I got the item online from shopee and after just 3 days the keyboard already malfunctioned typing malfunctioned. This laptop is really pretty yes! But do not buy, this is not dependable just by the feel of it it will not last long. Better buy a good quality brand even if you bring it anywhere or downlaod anything you wouldn't worry. Unlike a china made! Sucks!
i am using a Microsoft Surface Laptop that cost me RM6000+ and i also hate it.
We own two of them on both the hinges of the screen came loose vause the plastics where the screen is screwes in inside completely shattered. Mine was fixed under warrenty after some discussion but after ibgot it returned the same thing happened. They are great laptop if you leave it open as desktop at home bit is not useable as a laptop cause of the build quality do not open en close the damn thing or it will break. Internet is full of people with same problem.
