Moreover, Taash throws her previous sex partners in your face even during the final scene? God, can this character be even worse? :D And big lol at the "nudity" in this game :DD
Unfortunately like many other people here Taash is my least favourite companion and that has something to do with their maturity. Now I haven't played through the whole game yet so maybe it will change. But unfortunately the way they act is just... Not something I can get behind at times. They do have their moments where I'm like "oh neat" and there are also funny moments but overall the character suffered from weird writing in this case. I do appreciate the attempt of writing a character who tries to discover themselves being it through their cultural identity or something else. But they just didn't nail it. Truly a shame of all things the writing is the one thing that suffered the most. Now it isn't horrible for the whole game there are just too many moments where it's weird and a few where it's not good at all. But it also has great moments.
@NatjelovesBillk I will not argue with someone who clearly seems to be bothered over something like self identification. Which doesn't hurt anyone but here we are. Find better arguments and then we can continue.

If someone went to another country and learned the culture and values they very much can become part of the ethnicity. Because ethnicities just like any other identity are man made. We could have a muscle mommy Qunari but all we got was a insecure woman child that won't shut up about pronoun how did this blue thing even murder a dragon
Gosh these comments here. If you think it's bad cool but just stop spaming it.
Op? Thank you for playing all the romance scenes and uploading them. Appreaciate the work :)
There. Just a nice comment. Is it so hard to let people enjoy this even tho you don't?
Sorry for having an opinion. lol
If you enjoy it feel free to masturbate to it, we don't care, stop being a snowflake about what other people have to say.
The pushing of political ideologies isn't really great for a video game to do - and that's all this was. Of course people are going to complain about it.
"Look how they massacred my boy"
As Carver Hawke would put it: I don't hate you because you're non-binary; I hate you because you won't shut up about it.
I take back everything I ever said about how bad Andromedas writing is. This is now the bottom of the barrel.
granpa wrex and lady garrus were amazing
@@TheRogueEmpire Vetra was good, a few choppy dialogue moments. I mostly have problems with the story in general. But Ryder all their conversations look like they have swelling of the brain or something.
I have no idea how an entire team of developers, designers and managers worked on this for years without at least someone figuring out that this is one of the most annoying, cringeworthy abortions of a character in videogame history

He's suffering a midlife crisis. Or a skin-walker has stolen his skin.

And some thought she would be the most popular companion...
Ngl I forgot this game was releasing... But I remember back when the early, early concept art came out of the party member silhouettes I thought she was going to be this cool, elegant presence along the lines of Vivienne. Boy was I wrong 🤡
In some ways she/they/them is indeed the most popular;)
@@DJinKERRY831would like to see a poll to back that statement up. It is a poor Karlach imitation. And the fact this game was rehashed so much in the past year and half only reinforced that idea.

The writing and dialogue is this game is truly mediocre. This feels like some teenage fan fiction.
Cute opinion, which TH-camr gave it to ya?
It truly is terrible. You can tell it's written by the kind of people who spend their whole life on social media instead having real conversations outside with others. It's embarrassing to see what the series used to be like compared to what it's become now.
@@Dragonage2ftw Nah I played a few hours of the game and the dialogue really is dogshit.

What a sad regression.
I just imagine someone entering the room while you are playing this thing, so embarassing...

Taash is really disturbing. She is acting like a kid or maybe teen, but in the same time brags about her experience with sex. It's like a kid with the adult's body.
The way SHE acts.
@NatjelovesBillk I will not argue with someone who clearly seems to be bothered over something like self identification. Which doesn't hurt anyone but here we are. Find better arguments and then we can continue.
It’s refreshing to see someone come from a legit place of criticism with their character. I really think they could have been interesting and really could’ve been something different but the devs just couldn’t nail it
@@messengerofthegods8057I'll give you an argument. What's wrong with me self identifying as another ethnicity if I genuinely feel that way and it makes me happy? Affirming bullshit obviously hurts people.
@RalphCifaretto-iy1hk Because you didn't experience that ethnicity and didn't live through it. If someone went to another country and learned the culture and values they very much can become part of the ethnicity. Because ethnicities just like any other identity are man made. We give us identities and labels to differentiate us and give us names. That's sociology 101. Something you would have even learned back in the early 2000s.

Please make one with Lucanis! I want to see what the “bedroom” scene is like.
Will try, problem is, that i chose minrathous over treviso in my playthrough. This decision locks you out of a relationship with Lucanis. So i basically have to play more than half of the game again🫠
@@backseatguidesREALLY wish they warned us of that. I played a Shadow Dragon, so of course I picked Minrathous. And apparently, if you pick Treviso, you can still romance Neve, which is seriously unfair
The POV part was traumatizing
Why there is no negative dialogue option? I want to go fully as an anti-hero being ready to sacrifice my companions if it is for the greater good. I don't care about their struggles and disires, I want the chaos. I thought it was an RPG but I can't say even the little meanie thing? What a joke.
There is. You can be really harsh to Taash's mom. Unfortunately - that's it. The game is messed up.

There was potential there, beyond controversy. The whole 'I can't be anything right, I need to be a dragon slayer' had potential. But it was like, everything after was just...bad. Lots of potential, but paired the wrong 'personality' imo to the topics she grazes on.
These dialogues reflect exactly whats wrong with many people ending up calling themselves as not a woman: the perceived pressure to be some sort of stereotype or not pretty enough. While almost nobody really is that much of a stereotype.

It looks very bad but not because Taash is a bad written character. I don't think so. I think she has very realistic personality - she is immature, not very smart, she naive and says and does awkward and stupid things. Althought her real age she's a teen with teen issues and that's why making her available for loving relationship was a mistake. I see there a romance between an adult and teen, it's not hot, not romantic, it's wrong and unpleasant. I can't imagine an adult person who really would like to have serious relationship with her.
She a grown up child.
WHY DOES THE GAME LOOK SO SMOOTH. It looks like a fucking mobile game or something, oh my god. :/
if they wanted to tackle this subject they could’ve done it with more substance, another problem is that rook striped from their agency you can’t reject her and that’s why everyone is mad the game devs have to stop inserting themselves in these characters it’s truly pathetic because taash is an amazing character but this is her ENTIRE storyline….. im LGBQT and im saying the non binary scene was truley awful to sit through i love a good queer storyline but you can tell one of the game devs really pushed for this plot point plus the voice acting is not the best in some scenes
My question seeing how I just got taash last night and have only gotten to the bird scene. Is the scene with her revelation a companion quest or is it something that you are forced to watch

If the voice acting and dialogue wasn't so awful, there were parts of it that are good. The fact that she acknowledges that calling herself they is a coping mechanism couldve been used greatly rather than the one off. In reality. Thats what the whole identity thing is.
that dialogue was terrible what are you talking about. she's supposed to be an adult but she unironically acts like an autistic child the way she throws tantrums.
if she was in any of the other Dragon Age games she would be a joke character for being this painfully immature. for fucks sake these people are supposed to be saving the world and THIS is the kind of issues they got? for fucks sake real life highschoolers deal with more hard hitting issues then this bullshit.
This romance wasn't that bad it's a little weird but it wasn't that bad it does remind me of all the romance scenes from the past games they were awkward as much as this some were downright hysterical this one was not that different so I don't know why people are complaining that much if you play let the past other games they were just as awkward
