    A Goan Sweet dish made traditionally on 1st August…. It is made with rice and channa dal along with coconut and palm jaggery - and of course the fragrant and tender turmeric leaves which are found in plenty in the market during this season.

    Hi Andrea i like your receipes and i keep searching for it when i want to cook some chicken or beef meat. But most of times i dont find them on utube. . Kindly post yoour receipe for pork bafat masala with redymade powder.

    Well did you ever try with beans 🫘 instead of dall... ??? I still remember the farmers family share us the atol when they were doing storage of hay for their cattles... oldies of goan traditional life.. and hug while i m watching just notice you were removing the leaves... he should not removed.. we remove when we are eating... and huh atol tastes more tastier the next day..😅😅😅😅😅😊
