First of all, I’m sick of hearing that this murderer is an author! Anyone that takes the time to dive in this knows that she had a ghost writer and she even admitted it in one of her interviews. Please, she was looking for sympathy and hired somebody, who could make her look like the poor victim, whose husband died, and now she’s raising two kids alone! Give me a break.😂

Her personality and behaviour reminds me of Wendi Adelson. Both are guilty 100 percent! Kouri and Wendi Adelson both have criminal minded families and in both cases families were also involved and participated in murder.

Meanwhile, suspect can say anything about their potential dead victim without that victim being able to rebutt or affirm the matter. These friends Eric spoke to about the sandwich are his only way of testifying from the grave and most certainly go to the character and guilt of his widow if true.

Most feel she killed him not because she was doing good. She had stolen money from her husband, I believe up to almost a million, signing his name to bank loans, money to pay for their taxes she took, bought the money pit mansion that he had told her no. Then the next day after his death she threw a party. She really doesn’t seem like a very nice woman if this is proven all true!

I’m not sure she’s guilty, when there is money involved and bitter family members who have vendettas against her she’s a successful woman and I can imagine her in-laws are jealous of that. I also believe the woman who allegedly provided the fentanyl is obviously of questionable character and if the price is right I’d like to think she would purge herself on the stand intact not out the realms of possibility in my opinion. Let’s face it she’s successful in her own right her husband doesn’t bring more to the table than her so I don’t believe the motive is there and certainly not solid. He has a history of drug use and did indulge from time to time, something she wasn’t too keen on. With this in mind along with the responsibility of the mortgage and business they were in taking out extra life insurance is security for the business and her family . Isn’t that a sensible thing to do to protect yourself and your children considering the potency of fentanyl especially when it’s been bought and used illegally? I think kouri is innocent and I believe she was acting in the best interest of her family and her business interests. She was aware of her husband’s tendency and took responsibility and appropriate actions to protect and prevent the business collapsing in such circumstances that he were to die through misadventure! Coming on she is an intelligent woman

You must not have seen the evidence in this case. It’s overwhelming. Either that, or you are a family member/friend of hers that’s still believing her lies. There is more than one witness that Kouri was trying to obtain drugs… there’s actually at least 3 in total.
Success: She was not successful. She was extremely in debt. She had fraudulently taken out a HELOC against the premarital home (in Eric’s name only) for 250k. She had racked up another 40k on his credit cards and took cash (100k I believe). She was drowning in debt. She thought the 3m dollar mansion would solve all her problems.
Dr*gs: First she asks for “the stuff that killed Michael Jackson” (propofol). The witness (not the one who ended up obtaining drugs for her) said no. She hung up on him. Called him back later and asked about fent. He again said no. She quit talking to him after that. Then asked the person she got them from CL, who had to procure it from someone else bc she was not a fent dealer. A few days after Valentine’s Day (the first attempt when he does not die) she asks for stronger fent. He dies a few weeks later. Why would she ask for propofol? She claims the fent she got was for Eric he wanted it. So why propofol? It’s a sedative usually given before a surgery requiring anesthesia. So why that if he wanted pain pills (like she now claims). Also they found Seroquel in his system that night (which Kouri had a prescription for). She claims it was to help him sleep. So why also need propofol? It’s clear she was confused and just wanted something that would do the job. The amount of fent he had in his system, someone poisoned him. Some wasn’t even digested yet. On average there can be around 2mg per pill (which can already be fatal). He had 5x the lethal dose. Could be around 5 pills. No one would willingly take 5 pills, mix with Seroquel (which is again a sedative), and also alcohol …..unless they were trying to end their life. No note, no baggies left around, no indication of that. The glasses were cleaned up before the paramedics even got there.
Her own text messages will do her in. Her boyfriend she was cheating on Eric with is even testifying against her. Books a vacation for both of them in December, booked for April. Eric dies in march. She texts her bf saying thanks for hanging in there, just hang in a little longer. Eric is dead by the end of the week.
Oh yeah or the text where she says to her bf “my dream, I get divorced, come up with millions, we buy the midway mansion. Live in the guesthouse and rent out the rest” (and adds in what to charge). Adds in about having babies and living a happy life. The only way she was “coming into millions” was if he died (or so she thought since she didn’t know about the trust). In the divorce she admitted herself she wouldn’t have gotten anything because of the PMA. The amount of evidence they have on her, is overwhelming. Forgery, fraud, etc.. taking Eric’s bank statements then pasting her business header on them to obtain loans (mortgage fraud).
Family is just jealous of her success: His family is rich and well known in their town. They have money, and again she wasn’t successful.

and to counter you, please follow the first evidence because here realestate business was not going well. It was in debt by a lot. SHe bought homes that she could not sell for higher margins. You need to actually read the evidences by going back to earlier episode on this case.
