I found you about a month ago. I ordered grains and a scoby. I don't want to admit this but you and others need to know this. I have been in a constant battle with anxiety and depression. It's hard to alleviate either when you just don't feel well. I have done everything imaginable to heal myself. Raw vegan months long cleanses. Juice fasts. Yoga, meditation, medication, whole 30 cleanses. Thousands of dollars on supplements. I was beyond tired and had given up. I had homemade Kiefer and within hours I felt a sense of calm and peace. I spent thousands and thousands in hopes to feel a fraction of what I now feel. I am in awe at the human body and nature. I've always believed that the body is self healing. I just didn't have the key to unlock it. Thank you for sharing your journey and knowledge. Side note it is also healing my sons eczema. I can't express my gratitude for your gifts to humanity.

You could continue more podcasts on studies you find that show that these foods help with specific illnesses, like Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Working on it! I like to do a lot of research before doing a podcast. So it just takes awhile for me to do one on new subjects hehe.
