Donna I've been longing to ask you this, I'm a south east asian and we used to be very confident about our immunity as we get exposed to sun more harsher I guess, at least until COvid come in. Now we know our immunity has grown weaker regardless of having curd as our everyday diet, we now understand our curd is not that strong probiotic possible when fighting the current viruses and bad bacteria. I should thank youtube algorithm for showing me your podcast 6months ago, because of that we are now able to bring in kefir into our life. However I'm still gathering things for the Super gut yogurt ingredients. I just wanna know if you have anyone from south east asia sharing their experience with you especially with L-reutari and L gasseri strains

I just started kefir. Why does is the whey on the top and not the bottom? So far I made 3 batches. I see an improvement in every batch.
