    Hi Mumsicles
    I am from Nairobi Kenya and this is where the origin of Maru Bhajia came from. Next time, please don't add water. Mix all the ingredients as mentioned and let it sit for a while. You will be amazed how much moisture comes out of the potatoes. This way you will get a thick batter and it will stick better to the potato slices.
