  • In this video we demonstrate the procedure on how to remove and refill refrigerant of type R410a from a York 2.5hp inverter air conditioner. To achieve this task, you should have the following: Gauge meter and high-pressure hose set, R410a refrigerant, Vacuum Pump, Ammeter and half a pail of water. Please remember that this AC system was accidentally filled with liquid + gas of R410a refrigerant making the cooling system to be less efficient. It is to be reminded here that all R410a type of AC’s should be only filled with LIQUID REFREGEREANT. We hope you gained some valuable knowledge from the video. Thanks.

Hello Sir, thank you a lot for your video and your effort, very appreciated.
May i ask you a question:
I have a small inverter mini split ac system ( daikin emura 3 7000 BTU, R32).
After a leaking problem (now fixed) it needs a a complete new refrigerant charge of r32. By the data sheet it needs 780g + 100g( for extra lengh of piping)
The system has a service port on the low pressure side only. I intend to refill the exact amount by using a scale.
Now my question: After pulling a vacuum on the entire system, when the r32 refrigerant is charged in liquid state ( bottle upside down) on the low pressure side,
can i fill the entire amount? Or do i need to fill just a certain amount and then turn on the system to fill the rest?
    Your help is much appreciated.
    Best wishes
