Very great work, I'm going to copy your amp rack idea, same size but I'm using different amps. 1-mono channel 1200 watt Skar & 1-4 channel Skar along with a skar 6 channer electronic crossover. You guys do such CLEAN work I wish you could just install my system in my Gen 1 raptor but I live in So Cal, too far away.
I would still do 1/0 so the customer would have future upgrade capability. Cost difference might have been $75-100 but would be totally worth it. I run 2/0 in ny Ranger.
I am curious how you guys go about choosing which cars to film. Its almost always a more expensive deal, like full speakers, amps, headunit, etc. Unless its a 9-1-1 but even then usually the 9-1-1 will have quite a lot of fixes going on. Do you ask customers if you can film? do they get a discount for you filming? like what's the incentive? Do they even know you film? or do you just pick which ones to inform you would be filming for youtube? I am just genuinely curious. I LOVE watching you guys do crazy nice installs. Its like watching cake getting cut perfectly or marbles filling a a jar perfectly. That aesthetically pleasing ideal. And honestly I always hope for more content.... maybe you could hire someone in college minimum wage who happens to be in that field of "audio/video" to edit your videos for experience, and then you could film more, upload the content, and have that person make/release more content for you. just a thought.
You guys are the gold standard on installations ... another great series.
