Issues of land dispute, very well explained by lady justice. We need this kind of court system to move forward the country.

CT's proverbial and witty meandering has put the lady justice to the sword if you ask me.. How could a judicial officer who studied law at university and literature during high school be easily cornered by Muga & Co and still expect the consumers of legal services to entrust the interpretation and determination of their differences in the hands of 'learned' men and women who have little grasp of common skills of communicating idiomatically?

I like how judges are careful n calculative...they don't just answer something they can't digest

What happens when a man has two wives and land has to be divided? Do you go separately by all the children of the two wives or the the wives. Kindly enlighten me. And thanks for this show. You deserve the title you have acquired: the most intelligent interviewing show in Kenya and across Africa. Understand why you have to take something hot. You burn the midnight oil!

I had many questions on community or public land so to speak taken by government to develop things like SGR, road or Airport. We find many outcry that most if not all haven't been compensated upto this day What can the judge say about this matter?

Which law is applicable to a piece of land with a title but the deceased man had two wives- customary law or Registration of Titles Act? If one of the children wants the land to be divided into equal parcels for all the children including girls and widows, does he have a chance to succeed in a court of law?
