Her father knew and tried repeatedly to get her help but she changed doctor’s three times and eventually just stopped showing up to appointments because they (the doctor’s) wouldn’t give her what she wanted. There’s likely more about this that is unknown but there was an effort from parent and doctor, but if she didn’t get what she wanted then she gave up. They even had her go to a doctor in Germany to help her. Soz for the reply notification, i just thought i’d clarify this.

Exactly, noticed it right away. Looks like she created an alternate personality to cope with something too.
The way her father spoke violently to her sister suggests an abusive situation. He claimed he was 'high', not so sure. There's more to this story. This girl needs treatment asap before she harms herself or others, which is going to be difficult because her alternate self will not let her be receptive to treatment.
