I am 69 with dry skin. I decided to try the Dior Forever Glow and was not thrilled with the coverage and wear. Because there was so many influencers talking about the matte version, I decided to try this version. There is no way to compare the two besides the color is the same. The matte is definitely the best and I will definitely repurchase.

I love the City Beauty clear gloss. I use it as my overnight treatment or just around the house. Lipfusion was my holy grail and this is the only thing I found that works as well to moisturize my lips now that Lipfusion is no more.

I stopped wearing blush bc every blush I tried made my already super-textured skin look like potholes!! 😭 I'm currently revisiting all of my options for primer, foundation and now blush! Good morning Lisa. I am 64 and have very dry skin and lips. I started using City lips gloss at night as my lip care. I no longer wake up with dry, peeling lips. I do not notice a plumping but it does hydrate well. I ditched my Lanege lip balm after trying the City lips. It is so good. I also enjoy the No7 lift and luminate loose powder. I’ve been tempted to try the PTR primer but I must have my serums , face cream and sunscreen before makeup or My face is very flakey.

My fave for YEARS is the original NYX Pore Filler primer in the tube - not the new putty primers since they clog my pores and create pimples. The Pore Filler wouldn’t be great for really dry skin, but still works for my combo skin at 59, has a slight tint, and makes the large pores on my nose and chin absolutely disappear! I often just top it with a little powder and rarely use real foundation. Just an AMAZING and inexpensive product. The only caution is to squeeze with caution as it has a tendency to squirt out in little globs, so I squeeze it out into my cupped palm. 😬😀 Thanks for this great summary, Lisa!! I’m going to check out those blurring powders since I’ve never used one.
