This episode has a connection to the 1970 movie, "Kelly's Heroes." Carroll O'Connor played General Colt, Len Lesser played Sergeant Bellamy and George Savalas played Sergeant Mulligan.
I notice a lot of guest actors from this show went on to guest star on Seinfeld like "Uncle Leo" here. Cousin Amelia played the "Unemployment Lady" on Seinfeld. The original Frank Costanza was played by the actor who played "Joe Peterson", Archie's old VFW insurance buddy. Not to mention James Hong played a waiter on All in the Family. The restaurant Archie took Edith to in that episode was called "Hopsings" which was the name of the restaurant Elaine got banned from in Seinfeld. James Hong also played the host in the Chinese restaurant episode of Seinfeld. He also played "Hopsing's cousin" on Bonanza where the "Hopsing's" reference came from. This is probably why he called out the name Cartwright in that episode as well. I'm sure Rob Reiner had a lot to do with the casting of these actors as he was the head of Castle Rock which produced Seinfeld.
Uncle Leo!!!
Right! 😂
"Hello....!!!"
Jerry...Hello?
Hahaha, Ray's here!
Ya know Jeffrey’s favorite animal? The LEOPARD.

Good eye
Len Lesser - he was also in " Josey Wales" as well

Glad Archie has great friends unlike Mike.
Gee, then you must be a conservatard like Archie. XD
First he dies in the Doomsday Machine and then comes back to life with a sleazy mustache and 70's hairdo shaking hands with Archie Bunker!
Read the room, Mike.
Commodore Decker always brought his A game
Billy Pendergast, he was killed by Josie Wales!😅😂
Another great upload, thank you.
The heavy set man in this video was the brother of Telly Savalis.
Telly Savalas' older brother, Stavros, on the couch✔️
@@johnerwin9024 Actually, his brother's real name is George. Stavros was his character's name on KOJAK.
You'll notice that at one point Archie calls Mike by his real name instead of calling him Meathead.
At least 3 times. Another episode where he refers to him as Mike 2x is when Cousin Oscar dies.
0:31-0:35. I wondered where I saw that; now I know.
The original Good Fellas.
I thought I had seen every episode of this show. Somehow, this one episode doesn't look familiar. This one scene is all new to me.
Funny you mention that because I don't remember this episode either. Glad I'm not the only one!!
This episode isn't available to stream.
Sadly only have seen this episode because it is on my All In The Family DVD set.
Which Episode Is This?.
Mike was really being obnoxious this episode.
