If they don’t give Astro-Bot his own full 3D platformer game, Sony is seriously missing an opportunity for a great mascot.
Edit: I don’t mean his existing games, they’re all pretty much tech demos showing off PlayStation hardware

They are just extra polished tech demos none of them are long and just meant to show off the features of a PlayStation gimmick in a fun way.
Astro Playroom is such an great PS5 game that I can play this every time and it had such easy platinum. Like I should say Astro Bot is adorable.

My only experience with Astrobot in VR was having unbelievable fun to the point where my face was hurting from so much smiling. The 1st demo had me crapping myself when I had to go over the edge but by the time the full game came out for the psvr I was BLOWN away by the water levels and just how convinced my mind was when putting my face in water. I was seriously impressed when I found myself holding my breath lol. I cant even imagine what kind of game the PSVR 2 will have in store omg. Long live Astro!

The water levels and the boss fights and maybe the sky levels are amazing the air levels are amazing because of the robot in some levels or you being in the air so high up and jumping on vines

In PS4 Playroom VR there is a mini game called robot rescue which is one level of astrobot rescue mission and it has co op.
They had these robots as a part of Sony's VAIO laptops. I don't know if they are the same.

I always liked the little gamemodes this starter game provided, the one for ps5 stupidly enough, almost made me tear up with all the nostalgia I was feeling, every ending to each of the four levels made me relive my childhood.

I agree. Me and my Dad said the same thing that it's like a Super Mario game when we started playing it. The difference is that you're collecting PlayStation consoles and accessories instead of stars.
