You Can Walk Again | Being A Stroke Fighter at 37 years old
For most young people, the chance of having a stroke seems almost impossible - until it actually strikes. Most experts consider a young stroke age to be under 45. Yet the good news is that young stroke survivors have better recovery and prognosis, especially when rehabilitation intervention is early.
Haniff is a 37-year-old stroke survivor who became a stroke fighter at ReGen Rehab. For 3 intensive months, we journeyed with him alongside his mother as they braved through hopelessness to find hope and eventually achieved his rehab goal of walking. As an entrepreneur, rehabilitation was the answer to bringing him back to his best potential post-stroke. I am 40 years old, had a hemorrhagic stroke last January. I'm walking with a cane and also returned to work this October. Not completely back to normal self yet, but I'm doing my best to get there.

@@strokeandthegarden9496 my left side is my affected side, so it's not back to normal yet. I can grab stuff with my left hand, can pick up objects but not too heavy like my right side. I've got a good grip but sometimes not strong enough.
