    Hey what were your symptoms ? My bike stutters at low rpm 3k-5k and I'm not sure what's causing it. Just changed plugs coils and cleaned my k&n

      Mines doing the same, it’s been dying on me at idle and seems like exhaust is getting extremely hot, noticed my valve cables have a ton of slack so questioning weather my valve might be stuck

    1 inch = 25.4 mm --> 3 mm is approximately = 1/10 inch

    Hahahahaaaa ok let do some math. 3mm/25.4=0.118110. now convert 0.118110 to fraction........ apox 1/8 of an INCH. John. LOL about an inch.

      Trying to sound smart Carl? Nice try. John wasnt wrong on his math. Hes saying he has an inch of slack when the manual says it should be 1/4 inch at most. Lets get you to do the math since you're so keen: 1 inch actual minus 1/4 inch spec equals how much extra slack?

      @@crosswire7777Oh boy, here we go. If you learn how to read, I was converting sterling to metric. Looking at your answer, you math is restricted to standard in increments of a 1/4 or 6.35mm right?
      Your definitely have some crosswires here.

      @@carlgar2007 learn to read? Slow down and re read your owncomment . youve pointed out 1/8 inch and laugh at john for saying about an inch, as if you thought he meant 3mm = 1 inch. Stop thinking this is about math or precision of units

      @@crosswire7777 Ok, you are right. let’s take a closer look. to be honest, here at Advance performance, we get a lot of people in the shop that get themselves in to serious trouble with their bikes because of TH-cam videos with bullcrap mods and bad information. If you are talking about a Japanese or European bike, then you should be comfortable with the metric system, not standard. To your point, Maybe I did not understand he’s explanation. In any event, my advice to anyone is to consult with a professional before posting a question that could lead him in the wrong direction.
