Get yourself a ultrasonic cleaner. It's a game changer for cleaning carbs. I use the green heavy duty degreaser concentrate in my cleaner and it works so good. I take everything apart and pull jets and in the ultrasonic it goes.

That one carb had considerable moisture in it. Fuel and air will not flow correctly. Get that cleaned up and put back together & you shouldn't have anymore problems. 😊

Oh hell, a 4 gang carb is far harder than a single to work on & synch. I'm going nuts getting my single setup correctly.

You'll have to get mercury stick to sync the carburetors properly

The ultrasonic cleaner will remove all the corrosion and everything. Harbor Freight sells ultrasonic cleaners cheap

you do know the screws are JIS and NOT philips don't you? If you use a philips they will just chew up👍
