Took an early trip out for a Corvid day on the Sitty Tree
Falcon fn19 .25 cal , H&n 19.9 grns 11.6fpe
Jacks ,Crows ,Magpies are on the cards

Hi mate, when using your .25 FN19, what magnification do you use? And also do you use a standard mildot scope or half mildot to give you clearer aim points. Im getting a HW99 SFS .25. Wanted somthing abit different to the .177 and .22 which i am accustomed to 👍

HI Kye , i use mainly 6x or 8x , ive a HW77 in .25 and thats devastating on rabbits 35 yrds , its only the loop of trajectory but going from .177 to .22 is no difference atb Dave

All good then bud , i zero mine at 28.5 yrds , gives me 2 1/5 mil at 50 , mines sits at 11.6 so yours might defer a little if lower set , good luck atb Dave

MrDAVERATZ i think it will differ abit, it was only doing 8.1 fpe. Ive tripped it and sanded the spring guide as it was such a tight fit. Also fitted a power washer just hope it has done the job 👍

Very low for a .25 , min of 10.5 fp really , i would fit 2 washers then run a tin through it to see what it will roughly sit at ,good luck atb Dave

Hi Jim , had 27 that day , lost a few as a stream lays beneath the big tree so they float down , they hit the small holding quite hard during feed time , not alot of safe shots to be had in amongst the pens so the tree is a big bonus , atb Dave

Fantastic shooting dave ... must be a real skill getting the trajectory correct on a .25 ( 12ftlb ) rifle ... you've mastered it though ... I probably wouldn't hit an elephants donger through the bars of its cage with a .25 ...
