To the people of Sri Lanka and Maldives: Thank you for giving me such a warm welcome. Since my arrival a few weeks ago, I have been deeply engaged in political issues, but I want to also emphasize my commitment to building even better ties between Americans and the people of Sri Lanka and Maldives. This video is an introduction to me and my hopes for the partnership between our countries.
