We just found out our president invited Singaporean to move in the new capital city while some locals native people are required to move out. Please check some videos of our president was giving speech and inviting Singaporeans to move and invest in the new capital city as he said the properties in Singapore are very expensinve

Edit: There are no indigenous people the most often mentioned Balik people were migrants to the area some traced descent to neighboring island of Sulawesi.
Lastly the city is also located in the metro area of Balikpapan and Samarinda. It is not remote location.
