I'm not a fan of humans but I'm a huge animal lover. I use your strategies on all my lizards plus my snakes as well, my partner still gets tickled when i am like see i built a thread lol. I have learned more from you than probably most anyone in the hobby in my 20 years of keeping, especially on socialization. I always find it really awesome to see how these monitor lizards totally just calm right down and can get into a thinking and exploring mode so easily with the right care and attention. Patience is, no doubt, really important. Also, the South Africa trip sounds like it will be great!!
Line breeding for specific traits like temperament is key. I've been showing and breeding Miniature Pinschers for 20 yrs so I completely get it! Love how you immediately start handling the babies...that is so important. You have a calm way just like Jerry Wolfe which I love! Can't wait to see more videos on hatching the monitors! Super cool!!!❤

Watching with an 11-year-old rehab male eastern fox squirrel, Willow, in my hoodie pocket :) I love your technique. Of course, as a rehabber, I try to handle the animals as little as possible so they can safely be rereleased, but in the case of those who can never return to the wild, your technique works like a charm.
You can see Kevins passion with his animals. I cant wait to see what he comes up with as far as making the nile smaller. I have monitors and always wanted a nile but they are to big. I would buy from kevin because i know he socializes them and they are well kept. I am so happy to see that we are all supporting Brian ❤
I LOVE THIS! ❤️ You are by far the best at Socializing animals! I change my color a lot and my Chinese Water Dragon is super cool but of course he puffs up until he realizes I am giving him his food. Chinese Water dragons are amazing because he has never wanted to bite ever. And a bonus is they don't have teeth like iguanas that shred lettuce. I am super proud to have him. Captive breed and he is about 4 years old.

If I lived farther south, I would definitely have an Asian water monitor. I personally don’t want a monitor that big in my house, but living up north means I can’t keep it outside. Guess I’ll just have to stick with colubrids, boas, and pythons

I LOVE THIS! ❤️ You are by far the best at Socializing animals! I change my color a lot and my Chinese Water Dragon is super cool but of course he puffs up until he realizes I am giving him his food. Chinese Water dragons are amazing because he has never wanted to bite ever. And a bonus is they don't have teeth like iguanas that shred lettuce. I am super proud to have him. Captive breed and he is about 4 years old.

(literally, go look at yourself in the mirror!🤣) ..holding a Dwarf Caiman🐊like that !! -- having your hand right under their jaw loosely😳..not even holding him tight.. 🤲he's coolin' just chillin in your arms w/ its mouth closed🐊🤐... even after all these years, all the vids I've seen of you taming & training your reptiles⏳...teaching them to become "puppy-tamed docile" -- it's still shockingly amazing to see!!😲your skillful ways... 💪the techniques u use physically, mentally, & spiritually "socialization" your 'vicious' dangerous reptiles is out-of-this-world tight! 🙌 Love ya man, keep inspiring the world, just by being yourself... proving the non-believers wrong w/o even trying to, too busy loving animals💚 & taking care of business😝...shake them haterz off! nothing but love & respect from me on my end broski -- from Houston, TX.🤘

If I lived farther south, I would definitely have an Asian water monitor. I personally don’t want a monitor that big in my house, but living up north means I can’t keep it outside. Guess I’ll just have to stick with colubrids, boas, and pythons
