I just bought one of these on sale after getting the heads up from you jaytee (thanks for that), been pondering it for years now. Finally retiring my old arrma fury 2wd with the castle system in it, it was a nice introduction to RC and arrma. Basically everyone I've seen is saying big rock over granite, but I couldn't resist the more monster truck look lol. Hoping my few years of experience in the hobby will help me keep it from rolling too much

The left rear gets more power on them 3s .I noticed that same tire always wears more .

I kinda wish I would’ve got this over the Big Rock I had nothing but bad luck with the slipper clutch and I was running stock.

Nice run with the SMC batteries. The 3s Granite can do great willies and back flips. Have you done speed runs on both the Typhon and Granite 3s stock BLX 100 ? They seem about the same speed to me. Anyways nice self righting and long willies on lose grass. I think driving videos probably get more views but a short video of the repairs and getting a car back in shape would be awesome. 👍

Hello please help me out new at this stuff o got a arrma today 4x4 brushless juat have a question if I put the throttle control button all the way up it will go by itself then I lower it a tiny bit its fine is that normal o just got it its freaken awesome though thanks

Great video! I've seen your comparison videos with the granite and big rock, but I still can't decide between the two. I'm leaning toward the granite because it looks wild on fun to jump around, but I'm wondering if the big rock is just better all around. BR doesn't look like it flys as good, but handles better. What is your choice between the two even though you like both? Thanks

Do you tend to break more stuff on the BR, especially a arms? Granite seems more durable because of compact size, but not sure. I have a Kraton 6s, so looking for something to run in smaller areas. Also what 3s batteries are you running? Would be nice to use 3s batteries in the 1/10 and 1/8 cars. Thanks!

Ive had both. Big rock is much more stable, especially at high speed. Granite is so much of a riot to drive but much easier to flip in mid air.
