Well since she doesn't contain anything like thrusters or jet engines or something, She could be using a hypotheoretical kind of future maglev transport technology that involves using extremely small particles of iron on surfaces to generate lift and movement through a extremely strong magnetic force from her body thus needing not to use thrusters and can also fly to possibly, even above supersonic speeds. The magnetic force is also proven to be extremely strong as well, giving that the distance she've flown from the Axiom and back when saving Wall E.
