Life was probably already sustainable then, it's just that it took a lot of effort (and one singular plant that just happens to be growing in the general search area) for everyone else to notice.

In fact, why even bother using it when you are equipped with an extremely powerful ion cannon that essentially destroys everything in its path.
@@KonpakuYoumu2003 Um, really? For a robot it would probably dent the chassis of the robot doing little damage, EVE shot GO-4 right in the Optic, killing him instantly. There was no suffering there.
Ok this has to be one of the funniest recaps you've ever done. Really lampshaded the way Pixar made things kid friendly when they probably wouldn't have really turned out that way. I lost it when Wall-E didn't help that other dying Wall-E. The timing on that was so perfect

And the movie does illustrate in old footage that there were dozens of WALL E units cleaning the earth at one time, ours is basically the last of his robotic kind.
IIRC, the initial cut actually didn't include the credits reel showing the planet improving -- it was added after the director (Andrew Stanton) thought test audiences believed the humans would've been unable to cope and died.

The artstyle for this one is strangely adorable (Something about not giving things a mouth just makes them look better) Even the humans look so ugly it ramped back to being cute
This was a nice little recap. Thank you for not adding any weird sexual stuff to this one. I grew up with WALL•E when I was a kid and loved it. Looking back, it's still such a good movie and the work done on it was beautiful.

1:20 it took me a while to finally discover that the videotape Wall-e plays in his truck is the Golden age musical Hello Dolly. Although I have not yet seen it, I still don’t get why the videotape would only play clips instead of the whole thing. Still, I think Wall-e is an eclectic robot to collect literally everything from all walks of life and from all different eras of culture. Anyways, my parents are boomers. I’m sure they know it better than I do. I’m a Gen Z boy.
I really appreciate how you kept the actions and mannerisms of the characters in the animation the same as the movie, it makes the watching experience very nostalgic
Absolutely love this film. For me it's one of Pixar's best works and that's saying something considering they gave us Toy Story, Monsters Inc. and many more classic feature length animations. My 3 year old daughter loves the little guy and always laughs like crazy when she sees M.O and imitates his angry nosies when there's any mess around the house🤣. This little short captured the heart of that movie so well along with the darker aspects added and I was smiling from start to finish. Thank you for this!

I really appreciate how you kept the actions and mannerisms of the characters in the animation the same as the movie, it makes the watching experience very nostalgic

Absolutely love this film. For me it's one of Pixar's best works and that's saying something considering they gave us Toy Story, Monsters Inc. and many more classic feature length animations. My 3 year old daughter loves the little guy and always laughs like crazy when she sees M.O and imitates his angry nosies when there's any mess around the house🤣. This little short captured the heart of that movie so well along with the darker aspects added and I was smiling from start to finish. Thank you for this!

that gag at 1:26 should've been in Wall- E itself or something as Pixar themselves often put cameos of characters and props from they're previous (or upcoming) movies into others with the Pizza Planet Truck from Toy Story being the most notable example

I swear the most impressive part of these videos is the physics. Watching Wall-E holding a strand of light bulbs slowly drifting towards the ship as the cord bends until he promptly smacks into the door. It's impressive.
