I have a 1995 Land Cruiser Triple Locker waiting in my drive way at our place in West Texas. She’s rust free, mechanically sound. Just needs new paint and seats reupholstered. We plan to keep it stock. We are excited to have our first LC and plan to make it ours 😊

This video just makes me wish I had three more of these trucks. One of best vehicle decisions I ever made was getting an 80. They’re pretty hard to beat; they are so stable and reliable. Have factory lockers; cannot imagine having to use them; this thing will crawl thru n over anything at like 2K rpm without even waggling my kids necks. If your trying to get one; do it. You’ll be so happy you did. New ones are gonna be great I’m sure, but no tailgate alone is kind of a deal breaker after I know how much it’s needed.

Yes agreed.. Spoke with someone who just came back from Japan and they said you don't see 60, 80 or 100s at all. Japanese like new small cars... You would think that you'd see Cruisers everywhere there!

1FZ was 93-97. Not 95-97. I think you were thinking 1FZ with Airbags and OBDII?
Yes, I will need to play back. Eat minute mark? 93-94 is 1FZ-FE, same as 95-97. But dash face lift, obdii and srs.
@@CruisingTheLand 20 seconds in. Btw, I just got something really awesome for my 97 that leverages the OBDII. Look into the Scangauge III. I keep mine on the lower left hand corner of the windshield and it is so much more trustworthy than the stock gauges. Especially those worried about HG issues. Absolutely fantastic addition to the truck.
BTW, how are those actiontrax mounted to the prinsu? I'm looking to do the exact same thing as you but closer towards the front to clear the RTT ladder in the back. Would love a set in yellow with zinc.

6 months ago I bought a 97 FZJ80 triple locked. I almost didn’t buy it because it was the ugliest color I’ve ever seen on an 80. Really wish I could have scored this color!
