Fab! Yep with mailerlite and calendly you would need to do a zap for each event. Unless you was keeping all the naming the same. If keeping the naming the same then you would just make sure the group in mailerlite is cleared (move them to another group) and just reuse that group if that makes sense.
It all depends on your aims Davinia. If you just want everyone in one group in Mailerlite then you can just use the one connection. If you want to be able to tell what even people have booked then you can do it in two main ways. 1. You can create a custom field in Mailerlite that you populate with the Calendly Event Name field. 2. You can pay for Zapier instead of the free plan and this will allow you to use the filter function in zapier which will allow you to add to different groups depending on what event was booked.

Yep you can :) But it will only let you do it for all call types and not able to filter it.
