Our Brand New Can-Am Outlander 570 Overheated on the First Trip to the Trails!

  • I've had Honda, Polaris, Arctic Cat, and Suzuki ATVs and I've ridden trails and played in the mud with them all. I have never seen this issue before in my life. The Can-Am V-Twin design continues to lose points with me. It's fuel thirsty, runs too hot, and doesn't make more power than the competitors' single cylinder machines of the same class. Hmm.... #CanAm #offroad #HondaRancher

I have a friend who had the same machine as your son. I honestly had the same opinion as you as far as tires go. Then we went to Tennessee, and he rode in 2 hi the entire trip, when all the rest of us were in 4 hi. It was impressive for sure.

Yep lol. I had my 2022 outlander max 570 overheated on my first ride. I bought a rad relocation kit and testing it out this weekend.

I know multiple people with the same bike that have had overheating issues. One of my friends has a 2018 570 outlander and he’s on his 3rd fan.

My 2022 650 DPS has never overheated on me. I've done hard riding out on the dunes and put several hours on the trails in snow/mud without issue.

I just bought the same exact outlander. Excited for oregon mountain and dune trips. If possible i always drive around mud bogs lol. Back east people seek it out. I'm probably just lazy and don't want to wash it everyday. 😕

after seeing how your new bike got hot i can see why the xmr 850 has the radiator and fan up in front of the handle bars.

Abundant living for the middle class is diminishing. Things like this will soon be out of reach from regulation.
