Muta is so right about dental work being dangerous. My mom spent nearly a week in the ER in critical condition because she developed osteomyelitis from all of the dental work she had been having over the past few years. We know this because the infectious disease specialist cultured her bacteria and it was a strain that was very common in peoples' throats (I can't remember the name off the top of my head). Take your dental hygiene seriously, always ask for antibiotics after any procedure where you're getting cut (assuming they don't give them to you automatically), and DEFINITELY make sure the person you're trusting with your life is well-trained and accountable.
Also people with bad teeth or an abscess because of a bad tooth can cause heart problems. I work at a dental lab. You need no certification to be a lab technician and make the actual veneers. @@prentfaiyaz No that's all done by the dentist. They send us the impressions and we make the model and the teeth and send it back to the dentist. That's when the patient comes back and the Doctor cements the crowns to whats left of your natural tooth.
Honestly working in healthcare it baffles me to think people need to be told not to trust sketchy business deals like that healthcare is expensive for a reason 😭
I'm a year out from graduating dental school. This makes me sick to hear. Direct composite veneers are difficult to get right in the first place versus ceramic ones, but to have someone unlicensed doing it, my goodness.
How much yall wanna bet the "proper candidates for veneers" section of the scam class is just how to spot people who wont report you or call the cops lmao
I saw a story where multiple people caught HIV from getting “vampire facials” from an unlicensed beauty whatever place. Salon or whatever they’re called. In the US where it’s quite easy to find out if someone is licensed.
11:10 the red flag that screams out to me here is actually the braces part alongside the course. Seriously, my dentist who did my orthodontic work (and either one or two of my little brothers as well, I forget), stopped doing orthodontic work by the time my youngest brother needed braces. Why? It was too much for him to do with a general dental practice (amd mind you, he only did relatively simple orthodontic cases, anything complex he'd refer out back when he did me). So the idea of doing dentistry, orthodontics, AND training for independently operating cosmetic dentists is frankly absurd outside of a freaking university/dentistry school. Don't get me wrong, the course is a huge red flag as well... but adding orthodontics work on that as if it's just another section of a menu is frankly more insane to me
@@jc7997aj yup....my adopted family is natives, they get free everything including free food stamps and ect, even housing and everything else is free for them.
Ive been watching you for couple months now and i have not seen you with a so fresh haircut ever. Nice, you should do it more often bro it looks amazing! Only positive energy bro! 👌🏼
I work at an Orthodontist office in Chicago area and we see this a lot. People getting “ garage braces “ some sets have been pretty good, most are god awful. True danger is when you get any of these major procedures done, a lot of things can happen to your teeth, gums, or general mouth area and only a dentist will be truly able to notice and treat them. If you go to someone who is not a dentist for this not only are you getting subpar service at best, you’re also not getting any of the damage control that could happen due to these procedures
German dental care is pretty good and partially or completely covered by health care, depending on its necessity as well as the complexity (e.g: root canals). The things that aren't covered at all are veneers, crowns, and certain types of fillings. Those are cosmetic and not considered vital for dental health. Yearly checkups and regular fillings are completely covered by health care. You also get a stamp book. You get a stamp for each yearly visit, and once the book is full, you can get a discount or even a free dental procedure of your choice. Of course, you have to be good about going to the dentist every year. Some dentists give two stamps per visit. Honestly, rather spend 5 years collecting stamps than destroying your teeth with Temu veneers that were stuck on by someone in a hair salon.
Yeah, kind of the same in belgium. I go 2 times a year for check-ups / cleaning and it's also payed by health care (included when they need to fill a small hole) BUT no stamp collection thing! wtf 😁 i want stamps!
@kenn_foxx5563 Ask your dentist about a stamp book! You never know. It's optional. But you have to ask for it. The stamps can be put by any dentist, as long as it's only once a year.
Dental work is so ridiculously overpriced, any type of healthcare is like playing an EA game but worse. In fact I’d even compare it to a crypto scam. Most of it is insurance too. The actual work is probably worth even less then these guys charged for it
I don’t get how banning TikTok would change anything when other platforms have the same “content”. There were many genuine (sketch & digital artists, painters, musicians etc.) that I followed that was honestly a great way to pass time but on the other end there was what you call a: “WHO WHAT WHY AND HOW WOULD ANYONE THINK THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA” degeneracy. Only thing I can agree on is the privacy concerns which yea ban it.
Its got literally the same privacy concern as any other social media app. But it's foreign so it's more scary because they don't look or speak like us. There is no other reasoning for it.
Well the think is youtube has a lot more moderation and enforcement of tos guidelines and such. Tiktok has many more instances of dangerous trends being spread around like crazy like tide pods and choking each other out stuff like that. SInce tiktok is chineese owned they are just fine with causing dangerous trends among americans and they can also choose to push content that influences americans in a way that benifits china like propaganda fake news stuff like that. Plus they are collecting and selling our data

So I saw my dentist back in March. My next appointment isn't until February of _next year_ (you're supposed to get a routine check up every 6 months). One reason could be my dentist has more patients than he does dentists, as he is the only one currently still working at this office. Second is, according to his assistant, there's been a drop in people going into the field of dental hygiene. Like there's a legit dentist shortage here in the US. Given this kind of situation, it's clear people need dentists, yet there's no interest in people becoming dentists, aside from scammers who don't want to actually take the time to get a doctorate in the field. It genuinely bothers me given how dental health is one of the most important things to maintain; like you can get heart disease from bad teeth. Please, brush your teeth twice a day--doesn't matter when, doesn't even have to be a consistent time, I do it whenever I remember to, just do it twice a day--and floss once a day. It's the least you can do for yourself.
The real problem is that the venner's shouldn't cost so much for porcelain, ceramics, and a bunch of resins. 400$ and upwards per teeth? the cost alone makes it out of reach for 99% of the people. no wonder people are desperate. if a venner for a tooth costs as much as iphone then we can agree that's crazy. Hopefully 3d printing makes it affordable in the future.
Damn all of these are just like grabs under this comment section and you both got me 100 but I ain't subscribing to nothing but I'm definitely liking the comment that's genius love it
Dentistry is so expensive in America I literally have to travel to Colombia just to afford my complex dental problems. Colombia has an array of the best dentists in the world, as far as my research into it. One bad apple just slipped through.
I went to Dominican Republic to get my wisdom teeth removed and they were so gentle, thorough, and the price was cheap. Like for one thing, the idea that a dentist COULD be gentle blew my mind. It was literally cheaper to get my wisdoms done than buy a television at La Serena. Unbelievable. In the US, my dentist literally said it would be $500 per wisdom removal, not including xray, cleaning, medication, and "aftercare". I cant stand US doctors.
you can buy a flight ticket to south africa, have the dental stuff done for a 3rd of the cost by world class dentists (not turkey fly by night wheel and dealers) and still have spending money to enjoy yourself for your stay. Dental costs in EU and NA are absolutely bonkers.
A couple years ago someone in my city was caught doing at home vet visits and even animal surgery at people's houses with some kind of anesthesia. Teeth are weird, man. My sister grew a couple extra canines, while a few of my molars are turned nearly 90°.
@@THEDubbleHelixxSometimes bad teeth are just genetic. Teeth are definitely weird, most damage like cavities happen as a teenager.
Honestly working in healthcare it baffles me to think people need to be told not to trust sketchy business deals like that healthcare is expensive for a reason 😭
TikTok needs to stop in general
TikTok is cesspool full of snake oil salesman, a cancer on society... 'nuff said. smh
It's cesspool full of snake oil salesman, a cancer on society... 'nuff said. smh
I'm a year out from graduating dental school. This makes me sick to hear. Direct composite veneers are difficult to get right in the first place versus ceramic ones, but to have someone unlicensed doing it, my goodness.
" ive never felt so poor walking into some place " DAWG 😭
How much yall wanna bet the "proper candidates for veneers" section of the scam class is just how to spot people who wont report you or call the cops lmao
i dont use tiktok.

The second you decided to pause the movie on is INSANE 🤣🤣🤣
I saw a story where multiple people caught HIV from getting “vampire facials” from an unlicensed beauty whatever place. Salon or whatever they’re called. In the US where it’s quite easy to find out if someone is licensed.

That black girl was so angry her accent reverted to its British roots for a split second lmao
Muta was so riled up how did he not effortlessly gear shift into ludicrous speed Hindi? Amazing focus
1:03 that “UHHH UGHHNNN” came from the soul😂😂😂
I understand the desperation of wanting to get teeth work done on the cheap, but like the saying goes, you get what you pay for
11:10 the red flag that screams out to me here is actually the braces part alongside the course. Don't get me wrong, the course is a huge red flag as well... but adding orthodontics work on that as if it's just another section of a menu is frankly more insane to me
muta is illegally watching a movie in his second monitor..
Not sure who tf would go to a dentist who marketed themselves on tiktok as “da kid”
Canadian Healthcare not covering dental doesn't sound very progressive to me Justin Trudeau.
Natives get free healthcare
Welcome to the real world, where people who call themselves progressive are often less progressive than people who call themselves conservative.
@@jude3890not according to the exact video you're commenting on. 😂 Why are you assuming Muta is lying? Just curious.

Muta goatseeing his mouth to show his teeth was bit of a jump scare for sure
You know what other illegal dentist scam needs to stop!?

Muscle Man, is that you?
Okay Muscle Man
I work at an Orthodontist office in Chicago area and we see this a lot.
Blud wild for that thumbnail🔥💀
bruh literally when i had the feeling that my doctor is fake this video shows up.
@@everlynevins Wait, you can get stamps at the dentist? :0 Like, stamp collecting hobby stamps? Or stamp like train stamps?
Dental work is so ridiculously overpriced, any type of healthcare is like playing an EA game but worse. In fact I’d even compare it to a crypto scam. Most of it is insurance too. The actual work is probably worth even less then these guys charged for it
Is Tony Soprano on the screen? 😂😂😂😂
Here in Puerto Rico they are starting to catch these fake people. 👏🏽👏🏽

Imagine going to a plastic surgeon and him telling you, "don't worry, I took a 2 day class, you're good!" LOL this is so wild.
Tbf that's not far off from what they do.
They aren't regulated like how you think they should be.
I don’t get how banning TikTok would change anything when other platforms have the same “content”. There were many genuine (sketch & digital artists, painters, musicians etc.) that I followed that was honestly a great way to pass time but on the other end there was what you call a:
“WHO WHAT WHY AND HOW WOULD ANYONE THINK THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA” degeneracy.
Only thing I can agree on is the privacy concerns which yea ban it.
Its got literally the same privacy concern as any other social media app. But it's foreign so it's more scary because they don't look or speak like us. There is no other reasoning for it.
@@OrbObserver basically. 👆🏻
It's ok for corporations to take your data as long as the CEO is american, that's pretty much what the government is saying.
@@OrbObserver doesn't Tik Tok take more of you're private info than Facebook and Instagram combined also US goverment doesn't have access to you're private info the companies do but in China they do have access to you're private info frome Tik Tok becuse there is an law that says they can do that

A few episodes ago, M was trying to buy a super computer, and now he is missing two teef. You good, bro. You can afford it.
This is literally that one skit from The Day Today lmao
And floss...or get a waterpik

What you watching in the back muta?
"It's just how Mafia works" bruh I haven't heard that reference in a minute 😂
The real problem is that the venner's shouldn't cost so much for porcelain, ceramics, and a bunch of resins. 400$ and upwards per teeth? the cost alone makes it out of reach for 99% of the people. no wonder people are desperate. if a venner for a tooth costs as much as iphone then we can agree that's crazy. Hopefully 3d printing makes it affordable in the future.
Barbershops and dentists used to be in the same building hundreds of years ago, glad we're returning to tradition

Any dentist that tries to work on your teeth in a back alley should immediately raise a red flag.
Muta has the sharpest canines I’ve ever seen Jesus Christ. They look awesome though!
