What I don't get is this: Since Sims Medieval was kinda beta Sims 3, why oh why couldn't they have kept the sims looking this good in Sims 3? What happened Maxis? WHAT HAPPENED??
ahh yes, TSM, the superior sims. My favorite thing about Medieval is that once you totally finish out your entire savegame and you couldn't possibly do anything else, you get back out to the main menu and discover......you've unlocked two of the 3298324 other game types in the game. Peak replay value, right here. Also the Patrick Stewart original launch trailer. That too. Love that "And then you realized.....people are stupid" energy.
Sims Medieval is great and under appreciated, IMO The thing with the characters is that as you get other careers (wizard, cleric, physician, etc) aspects of the town improve. Also, your choices directly lead to the storyline - whether or not you go to war with your neighboring towns. Yes. Consequences. I also recommend the pirate pack if you don't have them. (Also - also - each town you build helps you unlock other towns you can create. Its all interconnected and more complicated that it looks on the surface.)

I was thinking that i am the only one who plays this. It has awesome quests and i like the sims look more than other games lol. It is pretty fun to play. You get secret quests fiery armors etc and you can always send a sim to pit! How amazing
my gosh, medieval is goddamn iconic. i've created some terrible and flawed ladies as main characters, yet the most "adequate" of them all (the queen, who's name was Dahlila, as she only had stomach problems) broke into fucking mass-murder and then blew up her own ship with alcohol, killing her advisor, who somehow survived and regained queen's trust. later, together they opposed court jester, who usurped the throne. also the priestess married the spy (i dunno how to call a female spy, if there's a word), the doctor faked a whole epidemic with monarch, who had a son named Lucifer - the only kind person in the whole bunch doctor should've killed Dahlila but due to personal reasons I had to delete the game also there was ummm a cool quest where you as bard must starve, woohoo, fight bears and stuff just for one poem. well, it isn't new for bards, eh? I know, for medieval gameplay it's kinda lame, but I was damn impressed, especially after ts4

Sims Medieval is legit a goddamn treasure. Look, EA! Look how much effort you used to put into this franchise! Downsides: the walk times are annoying, I wish you could play in sandbox mode sometimes, you can’t really mod it, and the game doesn’t always do a good job explaining how features work. (For example: outside of the tutorial quest you actually want to do quests fairly slowly for best results, so you’ll want to spend a lot of time doing daily tasks or just amusing yourself adding buffs to your sim and making money.) Upsides: basically everything else. Seriously, it’s super cute. And it’s the same price as a Sims 4 gamepack but with way more actual fucking content!
I miss this game so fucking much 😭😭 Out of all the older Sims games, this is the one would I would still definitely waste all of my free time on if I could.

This was made close to the end of Sims 3 when the devs actually got good at using sliders 😂😂 if you look at Sims people from the first and last expansion pack worlds you can see a huge difference in skill lol people think the Sims 3 characters look the worst mostly because of they referring alot of the times to the sunset valley Sims 🤔
Seriously tho, since TS2 had spin-offs and TS3 had TSM, TS4 can't be considered part of the good family unless it also gets its spin-off with TS4's game engine...
I love this game! I have it but unfortunately my game file is corrupted and I don't know what to do to fix it. I can play my saved file but unable to save anymore progress. I wanna keep playing...
