If I was the leader of The Sims I would have kept The Sims Stories and The Sims Medieval as separated titles and not just spin offs. They have so much potential, even The Urbz 2, Stories 2 in space, underwater, magical stories... wtf is wrong with them :(

My biggest gripe with SM was it felt too bare bone and mechanical gameplay wise. But the sheer potential for insane subplots via character creation, role playing and mods made it really fun. One of my favorite kingdoms was named “Whalvenhoff”, every heroes have the “whale ate my parents” trait, and all have some version of “Whale” in their names. For another kingdom I made half of the heroes zombies (gaunt, skeletal sims with the glutton flaw) and the other half alcoholics. The character creation might be peak. I made so much interesting sims in this game, more than every other sims game combined, I think.
this game is SO underrated it really is one of the best sims games of all time imo and it deserves so much more love i wish i could play it :( thank you for letting me live vicariously through your medieval sims!
This game was so fun, the only problem I had with it was the camera… it was too unconfortable… I wish the sims in sims 3 looked like sims in sims medievales, I love how they look in there
@@migoas yeah, the camera controls are a bit clunky at times but I got used to it. And fully agreed, the Sims Medieval graphics are on point, massive upgrade on Sims 3

i loved this game sooo much as a kid, i'm so sad they never made more stuff for it. i love medieval/fantasy settings and always wanted to play the sims in that way so this game was a dream come true for me 😩 all the different roles and stories were so much fun
I love Sims Medieval. I only picked it up last year for the first time and had a blast though I've barely scratched the surface and haven't done any of the expac content yet. I would love to see more on the channel 😊

I looooove this game but it's just a lil repetitive especially cause there is no variety in the terrain, buildings, and landscape. It's one kingdom for every single ambition

I still love playing Sims Medieval. I just wish we could actually build, instead of just placing objects. I wish they would have taken the series further (I do love the pirates), but I guess since it did not have a proper build mode, other players did not care for the quest style gameplay. 🤷♀️ Another aspect I love about the game is the subtle loading screens, which are the balance between TS2 and TS3, without frying HDs. 🤭 I would love to see you play more of the game❣ And any of the other spinoffs. I love them all❣

@@crazymarq4390 I actually liked having a spinoff that was more like an rpg, but EA could have added in more sandbox family gameplay, as they did with many of the other spinoffs, to appease everyone. Sadly, yet another missed opportunity!

I like Sims Medieval, but cant play it because the quests will just randomly stop before you complete them due to an arbitrary time limit and there's no way to turn off that limit. Completely ruins it for me.
may i ask why you don't speak in your videos? i love your content, i typically bookmark them to "watch later" often because more often than not, i am not free enough to pay attention to subtitles but the problem is i eventually forget to go back and watch them. i would love to see dialogue in your videos so i could watch them in the background of whatever i;m doing!

This also affects the quality of the videos (i made a few commentary vids last year and they’re undoubtedly worse). I would reboot The Sims Medieval and The Sims Castaway if I was the owner of EA. They were so good. I miss it when they did great stuff like this.
