I followed you 3 years ago and I am still following you. I was in the 230's after being in the 170's just last year. Weight Fluctuates but at the same time our health is our wealth, so I have to stay committed! Fasting works and it can be maintained with consistency. You are inspiring me and so many others! I look forward to your videos. I don't have diabetes or high blood pressure but I have the weight to lose. I have to balance, children, a spouse, work, and a household with tons of animals. It's not easy because I have a lot of interruptions with just living my life...but I have to find the balance. Keep me in your prayers. What are your plans for the holidays ..with Christmas and New Year's around the corner what do you do when you have to be around people, friends and family...and you are expected to eat? 😊 You are making it look easy!!
About half way through my third consecutive rolling 72. Doing a check in cuz I'm hungry as F right now...but I'm strong like bull. We all gonna make it.😅
I love that you're hanging in there Jerome! wow. so inspiring! I've decided to only eat on Wednesdays and Saturdays. it just makes it easier. What we do is considered EXTENDED FASTING.
Appreciate you documenting your journey. Im doin 72 hour rolling fast until I am a 5'9 male with a normal body fat %. Not being able to ride a roller coaster woke me tf up. Never again!
I know what it is like to gain all my weight back and I am coming back too. I had a cancer challenge and after surgery, I ate everything to recover for a few months. In just a few months, all my lost weight returned. Starting again only meant that it would be harder. Weight can easily come back and always will. Today, I fast for 23 hours and have a window or less than an hour but I stay within a sensible Ketovore meal, not a huge amount because I know any amount of fasting can be ruined with over indulging. I've been watching you, Jerome and I am a little late but I am catching up. When you are at your goal, I hope you find a method of maintaining your desired weight.

Oh my goodness June! I think you apologize every time for not being able to make the lives and it’s okay! If I had to be up at 2am to catch someone’s live I would be in bed as well! Really though, thank you for your continued support as always. Means the world to me 🙏🏽
The key for fasting is preparing your body at least a week before by eliminating all processed foods and incorporating fruits vegetables proteins and fats. The majority of people aren’t capable to do what Jerome can and that goes both ways. The art of discipline starts with our mindset.
I don’t really have a set amount if I’m being perfectly honest. I drink more when after a long walk or a lifting session, everything after that is just by how thirsty I’m feeling.
The “replay watch” doesn’t allow us to see the “live” comment messages or cc closed captioning. Can settings be changed? I usually need to watch on replay.
Yeah, I think TH-cam reprocesses the live after it ends and then adds the chat back in even after that. At least I believe that’s how it works, I don’t do anything else on my end 🤷🏽♂️

Usually is considered fasted state, after fed state ends and ketosis start. Around 24h after last meal.
