    I’m rather old and broken I think 3 to 6 months of this might make a good foundation for further training

    Confirmation. I can do Indian Clubs and now I found a decent workout to follow along with. thank you. Beginner here and could not find a tutorial on the clubs.. Thank you. You have an audiance.

    Thanks so much for this workout. I use it as part if a longer workout now.
    One thing I've just realised today and may help other, on the hip switch I keep hold of the clubs just near the thicker end, helps me not have to use my hands to switch.
    Hope this h3lps someone else.
