Chicken Inasal (visayan grilled chicken), rellenong bangus (stuffed milkfish), traditional lechon (roasted whole pig), salmon belly sinigang paired with pork sisig. Everything must be eaten with rice, because rice is life for Filipinos.

we call the dipping sauce as Sarsa ni Mang Tomas and is made of pork liver, vinegar, sugar, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, and seasonings (salt and pepper). the pork stew could either be afritada or if it is spicy, then it is a caldereta.

Hi CrunchFam, The brown sweet sauce is likely lechon sauce which is a traditional sauce with any form of lechon (crispy pork). It’s made with chicken liver but you’d never know. You can go to seafood city and buy mang Tomas lechon sauce. The menudo (pork stew) is my favorite too.
Looks like it was pancit bihon. Pork sisig is beer food. Eat and drink beer is a nice dup. Eat the Poto (rice cakes) as they spoil fast.
Hope you went to Circus Circus cuz that’s the kids Vegas 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗.
Have a fun and safe week.

That brown sauce looks like Lechon sauce served with crispy pork (lechon) One can buy a bottle at any Filipino aisle in an asian grocery store or the Filipino supermarket, seafood city. Start with Mang Tomas Lechon sauce (which is made with chicken liver) some restaurants make their own but most households use Mang Tomas Lechon sauce. Let me know if yoy found it or We can ship a bottle to your family, ok? Love watching you all 🤗👋👋👋👋

Mang Tomas all purpose sauce, you should also try banana ketchup. They make a spicy kind too!
    Try Filipino BBQ-grilled fish-longanisa-Tocino-Filipino breakfast. 💛

  • @arajoanesayakreuk5522
    @arajoanesayakreuk5522 3 ปีที่แล้ว

If you go to asian store, look for mang tomas lechon sauce. It also has a spicy one.
For pancit, we have different kind, pancit sotanghon (i think that's the one you guys are eating) pancit canton, pancit malabon, pancit palabok, crispy noodles to name a few..
Food filipino suggestion (s) : tosilog, ( i think you guys had tried it though) ginataang munggo, ginataang mais, karioka, banana-Q, kamote-Q, lumpiang toge, sago't gulaman, champorado (w/tuyo), ginataang bilo-bilo (its like a hot halo-halo), this are some of "merienda" foods (snacks or eaten mostly during afternoon) i don't know if you can find in america. But its good and i haven't seen mukbangers trying those food. (They mostly eat the "mainstream" filipino food) like sinigang, sisig, balot, lechon, lumpia, adobo etc.. (but i understand its yummy and filipino always cook it)
Lotsa filipino foods to try, ill suggest more when i can think of any.
(Some mukbangers are trying red ribbon fast food, its all about cakes) anyway, my comment is getting long 😅
    Keep safe crunch family!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Bell pepper in Spanish is Pimiento, looks quite similar 🧐 and even more, Piment in French sounds just like in Korean or Japanese. In Catalan we say Pebrot, although in all the three languages it’s more like a generic name for all kinds of peppers, not necessarily bell pepper.
As for newspaper, in Catalan it’s Diari 🗞

I would roll the beef in flour and brown it first when making the beef mechado so the beef stays soft. The Menudo sauce if cooked for long time gets creamier because of the potatoes and makes excellent left over food for breakfast with garlic fried rice. yummm.

if the stew has a lemony taste that is Asado..
If the stew has pork liver, hotdogs, raisins, green peas, bell peppers, that is Menudo..

Filipino has a passion in TOMATO BASE SAUCE. That taste almost the same. But not on the spices.
MENUDO - carrots, potatoes, green peas, bell peppers, liver and pork chopped in cube or bite sized.
AFRITADA - is a chicken in stew tomato sauce
CALDERITA - is beef or goat meat stew in tomato sauce a bit spicy
MECHADO - Is pork stew in tomato sauce.
Same Ingredients, like veggies the difference are the meat you'll used. Plus liver spread to thickened the sauce.

Breakfast food! Try to find garlic longganisa, which is a lot more savory than hamonado longganisa, which is very sweet

The pansit should have veggies and it's better with calamansi or lemon.
The pork one I believe it lechong kawali and I think the sauce is liver sauce (mang tomas) :)

Torta Talong (eggs with eggplant), adobo pusit (squid), pinakbet (vegetables w/ pork), arroz caldo (rice porridge), tinola (chicken stew), manok affritada (chicken stew)…it’s all so yummy!!
