The garlic vinegar is for the lumpia if you don't have sweet and sour sauce.... Lechon kawali is deep fried pork belly ( kawali is a deep pan)...the pickled papaya is atchara

Aaah frig! 12:50 am and your video comes up on my feed and now I'm HUNGRYYYYYY. Okay but seriously, anything fried or meats or mains that are quite rich and/or fatty, the Quintessential Filipi o dipping sauce is the vinegar and soy sauce with garlic, onions and chilis-optional. Yum!!!! Btw the souring agent in the sinigang is usually tamarind. There are other places that use different fruits unique to the region but generally, tamarind is mainly used. You can always adjust how sour you want it to be. Yum!!!

I’ve never knew some of the Filipino’s foods I enjoyed over the years were inspired from the culture. The food always looks amazing! Love Jordan’s Love for all food! Also- CD- I myself always have sever allergies and my eyes tend to get red and irritated, not sure if you use any eye drops- but I HIGHLY recommend using Naphcon A eye drops- I swear by them! They will help with the irritation and make your eyes clear as day! 😅

Vinegar and soy sauce together is the national dipping sauce for Filipinos. You can just dip the crispy pata and lechon kawali with vinegar. 😅

Hmm the haircut... Asian hair can be difficult lol. My haircuts were atrocious when I was a kid. Jordan still looks like Jordan so that's what matters. A couple edges may look a bit uneven?? The sideburns part is obvious tho lol, but u could say it was on purpose.

I'm giving the cut 2/10. Before I even saw the message about you doing it I was going to ask if you got ahold of the scissors and Jordan's hair again....lol It's worth it to pay to have it done. Especially as he gets older. It will definitely matter.
