Myth? Epic? Itihasa (History)? Or all of that and more? What does Mahabharata represent to you?
👍. Beautifully explained.
Thank you! Glad you liked it. :)
That was put together really well. There are certain nuances to the stories told which are more often overlooked and looked through rose tinted lenses. Good to know people are trying to look beneath the layers to get to the core of these stories. Both the Ramayana and the Mahabharata are very much relevant to these days. Thank you for putting forth this effort to pull the attention towards it.
Thank you so much for your kind words! So glad you liked it :)
Beautiful

Love is not the significant theme. Its the presevation of dharma for the peaceful existance of people under kshatriyas who ruled with the help of great sages guidance . Dharma was totally on the downward trend during Dhritarastra/ Duryodhana's reign, that is rather in the second half of chandra vanshis. So the dharmayuddha
"Dharmakshetre kurukshetre"... Krishna tried his level best to restore Dharma through pandavas. He dies 36 years after the war, After his death Kali sets foot on the earth. Means Adharma takes the lead from then onwards.
Hummm… This message is for the narrator- If you are “re-telling” and applying YOUR thinking to the epics of my culture and my country, I would like to know your qualifications, and bibliographical references for your sources to back up your assertions. If your retelling is for entertainment then you should clarify that at the beginning. Otherwise I feel like you are slandering my culture by distorting our history.
Don't add unnecessary a at the end of words... Not needed at all... Mahabharat.....no need of Mahabharataaaaaa....and so on
