Every time the pursuit theme plays in Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

It's weird how this game plays the pursuit theme a lot early on, but as the game goes on it plays it less and less

Hold the phone! It only plays ONCE in the third case?!?! I've never ever noticed that, till this video!
That's surprising to me, but then again, considering the nature of the 3rd case in this game, I can mostly understand it.

I saw your video description and I answered it like this. Maybe the pursuit theme is a bit laggy on the 3ds or maybe they used the Truth theme too much like the original ace Attorney 02 justice for all. But that's just my assumption.
