The last one is sad too, since Nickols blame Sorin for something he didn't do and he was between the sword and the stone to grant Selena's wish to save her brother (and by extension Nickol's BIL), Sorin or to save his wife, Selena and risk Sorin to die too.
Is even worse when you see at what time Nickols poketwatch stop. At the same moment of Selena's death.
Of course the other party who help him was of a blame too, but for Nickols he was just a pawn to get back at Sorin's family.s

For Time Traveller episode, Ellen Wyatt actually had her own breakdown early into the case. Her hair stands up. Make up ruined. Her tears falls into the flying pan. Only she had the ability to recover from all that. She is pretty unique.
