    Ingredients
    2 1/2 pounds of Chuck Beef (cubed)
    15 mini yellow/yukon gold potatoes
    1 Portuguese Chouriço
    1 large carrot
    1 cup of Tomato Sauce
    1 Teaspoon of garlic paste
    1 large onion
    2 cups of beef broth
    1/3 cup of Red Wine
    1/2 cup of Olive Oil
    1 Teaspoon of Black pepper
    1 Teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
    Salt for Seasoning

    1 colher de chá de pimenta preta
    1 colher de chá Pimenta moída
    Sal para tempero (o seu gosto)
